We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Video Production Coordinator to join our creative team. This role involves managing the entire video production process for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work seamlessly with various team members to produce high-quality video content.
Responsibilities:
Script Review and Approval:
Thoroughly scan and review video scripts for grammatical accuracy and language quality.
Ensure scripts are clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.
Coordination with Hosts:
Send approved scripts to video hosts in a timely manner.
Schedule and manage filming sessions with hosts, ensuring they are well-prepared and comfortable with the script.
Video Filming:
Oversee the filming process, ensuring high-quality production standards.
Provide direction to hosts during filming to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Collaboration with Editors:
Transfer raw video footage to editors promptly.
Communicate specific editing requirements, including the incorporation of proper images and graphics.
Quality Assurance:
Review edited videos to ensure they meet our quality standards before publishing.
Provide feedback and request revisions if necessary to ensure the final product is polished and professional.
Project Management:
Maintain a well-organized production schedule to ensure timely delivery of video content.
Coordinate with other team members to streamline the production process and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in video production, social media content creation, or a related field.
Exceptional grammar and language skill (AMHARIC LANGUAGE )
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in using video production equipment and software is a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
