Bora Integrated Commercial Farm P.L.C. is seeking a qualified and reliable individual to fill the position of Driver . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of company personnel and materials as well as providing messenger services as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving:
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff and goods to various destinations including travel to different parts of the country.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform routine checks on the vehicles to ensure proper maintenance.
Messenger Services:
• Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and other items as required.
• Ensure the secure and timely delivery of sensitive materials.
• Assist in handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
Communication:
• Maintain effective and professional communication with staff and external contacts.
• Provide updates on transportation schedules and any delays that may occur.
Record-Keeping:
• Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, maintenance activities and fuel consumption.
• Complete necessary documentation for each trip.
Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver for the company ;with a good knowledge of local traffic rules and routes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
