The international Web3 marketing agency Gagarin is hiring a Community Manager for Crowdsourcing Platforms 🚀
We are looking for a talented specialist to lead the development, launch, and support of crowdsourcing projects.
What you will be doing:
— Development of quests and pointonomics: creating task lists and distributing prize pools on platforms like Claimr, TaskOn, Zealy, Link3 and Galxe.
— Platform Selection: Identify the best platform for launching core tasks and establish a traffic acquisition funnel.
— Promotion Campaign Planning: Choose KOLs, define promotional channels, and create announcement content.
— Campaign Launch: Oversee the launch and update tasks as needed.
— Monitoring and Optimization: Track results, adjust as necessary, and provide suggestions if KPIs are not met.
— Campaign Completion: Summarize results, verify tasks, and manage reward distribution.
— Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign outcomes and organize payments for winners.
Requirements:
— Experience in crowdsourcing and digital marketing.
— Excellent understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and Web3.
— Good understanding of KOLs marketing, crowdsourcing campaigns (Claimr, TaskOn, Galxe, Zealy,Link3), traffic arbitration, user acquisition programs.
— Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work in a team and maintain client relationships.
— English skill is not lower than B2.
