We are looking for a Project coordinator
in Applied Sciences Innovation Laboratory and Venture Studio with an in‑house incubator
🧬What you'll be doing
- Lead projects or assist Programme Managers / Project Managers to organise and coordinate projects from inception to closure.
- Plan, mobilize and deliver multiple work streams of complex projects end-to-end, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits.
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders and related external communication
- Work closely with bunch of startup constructors and infrastructure managers.
🧬You're a great candidate if you have these:
- At least 2 years of experience on complex projects as leader or assistant/ coordinator
- General understanding of venture/startup industry and/or incubator/ accelerator ecosystems
- Experience in cooperating with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, knowledge of EN B1+, fluent RU, native BY or UA
- Experience with running meetings in English
