مسلمان نوجوانوں کو قانون کی تعلیم حاصل کرنے پر متوجہ کرنا، اس میں اعلی مہارت کے حصول کے لئے ان کا تعاون کرنا اور عدالتوں میں ماہر مسلمان وکلا ء کو پہنچانا،یہ قانونی تحفظ کے لئے بے حد ضروری ہے، اب تو صورت حال یہ ہوگئی ہے کہ بعض دفعہ وکلاء مسلمانوں کا کیس لینے کو آمادہ نہیں ہوتے، ان حالات میں بے حد ضروری ہے کہ ہمارے پاس اچھے وکیل ہوں،اور اچھے وکیل ہی جج کی کرسی پر پہنچتے ہیں، افسوس کہ ملک کی اعلیٰ عدالتوں میں مسلمان ججز کی تعداد کم سے کم ہوتی جا رہی ہے، ادھر مسلمانوں میں جدید تعلیم کا رجحان بڑھا ہے، مگر ان کی ساری توجہ میڈیکل اور انجینیرنگ پر ہے، یہ کافی نہیں ہے۔

Nowadays situation is that advocates do not agree to take cases of Muslims, in this scenario it is must that we should posses best advocates and best practicing advocates onlybreach to the chair of Judge. It is pity that number of Muslim judges in court of law is decreasing to the lowest. Overhere getting modern education sentiments has been increased in Muslims yet there focus is only on Medical and Engineering which is not sufficient.

حضرت مولانا صغیر احمد رشادیؒ بلند پایہ عالم دین ، معاملہ فہم منتظم، مقبول استاذ اور کامیاب مصلح تھے، وہ دارلعلوم سبیل الرشاد بنگلور کے تیسرے مہتمم تھے، اور پوری طرح اپنے پیش رو بزرگوں حضرت مولانا ابوالسعود صاحبؒ، اور حضرت مولانا مفتی اشرف علی صاحب باقویؒ کے نقش قدم پر قائم تھے، ان کے عہد میں سبیل الرشاد نے بہت ترقی کی، امارت شرعیہ کرناٹک بھی اپنے بزرگوں کے قائم کئے ہوئے نقش قدم پر گامزن رہا، انھوں نے کرناٹک کے مسلمانوں کی مشکل حالات میں حکیمانہ قیادت کی، اور اب ان کی وفات نے ایک بڑا خلا پیدا کر دیا ہے، دعا ہے کہ اللہ تعالی امارت شرعیہ کرناٹک اور دارالعلوم سبیل الرشاد بنگلور کو ہر طرح کے فتنوں اور شرور سے محفوظ رکھے اور ملت کا یہ قافلہ اپنا سفر جاری رکھے۔

آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لابورڈ نے اپنے اساسی اراکین امیر شریعت کرناٹک حضرت مولانا صغیر احمد رشادی اور ڈاکٹر محمد منظور عالم صاحب کی رحلت پر گہرے رنج و غم کا اظہار کر تے ہو ئے اسے ملک و ملت کا ایک ناقابل تلافی نقصان قرار دیا۔
آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ کے جنرل سکریٹری مولانا محمد فضل الرحیم مجددی نے ایک پریس بیان میں امیر شریعت کر ناٹک حضرت مولانا صغیر احمد رشادی اور آئی او ایس کے سابق چیئرمین اور نامور مفکر ڈاکٹر محمد منظور عالم کی وفات پر اپنے گہرے صدمہ کا اظہار کر تے ہو ئے اسے ملک و ملت اور مسلم پرسنل لا بورڈ کے لئے ایک ناقابل تلافی نقصان قرار دیا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ حضرت مولانا صغیر احمد رشادی ایک بلند پایہ عالم دین اور کرناٹک کی ایک قابل احترام شخصیت تھے۔ وہ نہ صرف بنگلور کے اہم دینی جامعہ، دارالعلوم سبیل الرشاد کے مہتمم و شیخ الحدیث تھے بلکہ امارت شرعیہ کر ناٹک کے امیر شریعت بھی تھے اور ریاست کے تمام ملی حلقوں میں بہت معزز اور احترام کی نگاہ سے دیکھے جاتے تھے۔ ایک سال قبل آپ ہی کی سرپرستی اور میزبانی میں دارالعلوم سبیل الرشاد میں آل انڈیا مسلم پرسنل لابورڈ کا اجلاس عام حسن وخوبی کے ساتھ انجام پذیر ہوا تھا، ان کے حسن انتظام اور میزبانی کی تمام ممبران و مدعوئین نے ستائش کی تھی۔ آپ کی وفات سے نہ صرف بورڈ بلکہ ملک و ملت کو ناقابل تلافی نقصان پہنچا ہے۔
اسی طرح آج بورڈ کے ایک دوسرے قدیم اساسی رکن، انسی ٹیوٹ آف  آبجیکٹیو اسٹڈیز اور کئی ملی تنظیموں و اداروں کے مؤسس،ایک متحرک وفعال مفکر ڈاکٹر محمد منظور عالم صاحب کے انتقال نے بھی ایک گہرا خلا پیدا کر دیاہے۔ موصوف نےآئی او ایس کی شکل میں نہ صرف ایک بہترین تحقیقی ادارہ و تھنک ٹینک قائم کر کے وقت کی ایک اہم ترین ضرورت کو پورا کیا تھا بلکہ وہ اسلامی فقہ اکیڈمی اور آل انڈیا ملی کونسل کے مؤسسین میں سے بھی تھے۔ ڈاکٹر محمد منظور عالم کئی دنوں سے سخت علیل تھے لیکن وہ آخری سانس تک ملک و ملت کے اہم امور و مسائل کی طرف متوجہ رہے۔
مولانا محمد فضل الرحیم مجددی نے بورڈ کی ان دونوں اہم شخصیات کے حق میں دعائے مغفرت کر تے ہو ئے کہا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ان حضرات کی کوششوں اور کاوشوں کو شرف قبولیت عطا فرمائے، ان کی مغفرت فرمائے اور جنت الفردوس میں انھیں اعلیٰ مقام عطا فرمائے، ان کے وابستگان کو صبر جمیل عطا فرمائے اور ملت کو ان کا نعم البدل عطا فرمائے۔(آمین)

New Delhi, 13 January 2026:
The All India Muslim Personal Law Board has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of its founding members—Ameer-e-Shariat of Karnataka, Hazrat Maulana Sagheer Ahmad Rashadi, and Dr. Mohammad Manzoor Alam—terming it an irreparable loss to the nation and the community.
In a press statement, the General Secretary of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Maulana Mohammed Fazlur Rahim Mujaddidi, expressed profound shock over the passing of Ameer-e-Shariat of Karnataka, Hazrat Maulana Sagheer Ahmad Rashadi, and former Chairman of the Institute of Objective Studies (IOS) and renowned thinker Dr. Mohammad Manzoor Alam, describing it as an irreparable loss to the country, the community, and the Muslim Personal Law Board.
He said that Hazrat Maulana Sagheer Ahmad Rashadi was a distinguished Islamic scholar and a highly respected personality in Karnataka. He was not only the Rector of Jamia Sabeel-ur-Rashad, an important Islamic seminary in Bengaluru, but also served as Ameer-e-Shariat of Karnataka, and was held in high esteem across all community circles in the state. One year ago, under his patronage and hospitality, the general session of the Muslim Personal Law Board was successfully held at Jamia Sabeel-ur-Rashad, Bangalore. His excellent arrangements and warm hospitality were widely appreciated by all members and invitees. His demise has caused an irreparable loss not only to the Board but to the nation and the community as a whole.
Similarly, the passing today of another senior founding member of the Board, the founder of the Institute of Objective Studies and several community organizations and institutions, and a dynamic and active thinker, Dr. Mohammad Manzoor Alam, has also created a deep void. By establishing IOS, he not only founded an excellent research institution and think tank, fulfilling one of the most important needs of the time, but was also among the founders of the Islamic Fiqh Academy and the All India Milli Council. Dr. Manzoor Alam had been seriously ill for several days, yet he remained attentive to the important issues and concerns of the nation and the community until his last breath.
Maulana Mohammed Fazlur Rahim Mujaddidi, while offering prayers for forgiveness for both these eminent personalities on behalf of the Board, said: May Allah Almighty accept their efforts and services, grant them forgiveness, bestow upon them the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus, grant patience to their families and associates, and bless the community with worthy successors.
