*Raising our children in a mixed marriage with Fr. Patrick Massang. CAH #138. Saturday 1 July @ 10.30am*
As parents, one of the greatest gifts we can give our children is a strong foundation in faith. For those of us who are Catholic, this means sharing the beauty, wisdom, and traditions of our faith with our little ones. But how is this different when someone marries a non-Catholic? This Saturday, Catholics At Home will speak to Fr. Patrick Massang about how to overcome challenges in raising our children in a mixed marriage. π Don't miss out on this conversation! See you there! β¨

π©Ίπ₯ *COPING WITH CRITICAL ILLNESS. CAH #142* βοΈποΈ
Coping with life after a serious illness can be very difficult. It is a time of uncertainty and emotional turmoil. Most may not know what to expect and sometimes be overwhelmed with anxiety and hopelessness. Being there for a loved one diagnosed with a serious illness is equally as difficult. While we may think we're doing our best to be there for them, sometimes, we may overlook the important things they require of us, in the most trying times of their lives. So how do we be more empathetic, kind and understanding while caring for them?
This week on the Catholics At Home Podcast, Andrew Ambrose, a heart attack patient speaks to us about his experience and the support he needed when dealing with the outcome of the attack. With us also is Josephine Johnson Navis, a registered counselor who will walk us through dealing with the daunting journey of living with a critical illness.
