🛟A few students are planning to Join IIM C to IIM K, just due to NRIF Ranking - is a sheer act of foolishness. Beware of Influencers. 🦾🤕

📢 Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my thoughts on NIRF Ranking and its relevance for MBA students. 🎓💼

After NIRF 2023 India Ranking, many influencers make videos and shared blogs on Top 100 B Schools of India - and Quoted the rankings and Best B Schools of India. Now I learned that a few IIM C students are shifting to IIM K, on the basis of NIRF ranking. You could have a better reason than these rankings and guidance of influencers.

NIRF Ranking is indeed an important tool, but let's take a closer look at its purpose. 🧐

1️⃣ Firstly, it's aimed at attracting individuals with lower MBA knowledge levels, providing them with a starting point to explore various educational institutions. It serves as a guide for beginners in their pursuit of higher education. 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

2️⃣ Additionally, NIRF Ranking also appeals to NRIs and international students who are looking for reliable information and want to make informed decisions about studying in India. 🌍🌏

However, it's essential to note that NIRF Ranking primarily focuses on overall colleges and universities, and not specifically on B Schools. 📊✏️

For MBA aspirants, a Ph.D. research or publication points may not be the most significant factors to consider. 🎯📚

MBA programs have unique parameters and requirements that go beyond the scope of NIRF Ranking. 🌟🎓

So, if you're a hardcore MBA student, it's advisable to approach NIRF Ranking with caution and prioritize factors that align more closely with your career goals and aspirations. 🚀💪

Remember, choosing the right path for your MBA journey is a personal decision, and it's crucial to consider multiple perspectives before making your choice. 🤔💼

Wishing you all the best in your pursuit of higher education! 🎓✨
