• Section 24, CrPC: Central Government may appoint one or more Public Prosecutors for conducting cases.
✅ Representation in Court – Appears on behalf of the State and victim to ensure justice and punishment of the accused.
• Tikam Singh vs State & Ors: Public Prosecutor’s office prevents private vengeance through legal processes.
