Every year candidates are facing documentation issues in UPSC CSE. This is very serious for OBC/SC/ST/EWS candidates. Last week I received a call, the candidate was clearing the final cut-off in OBC. He might have got IPS. But, due to a mistake in document submission, he lost the OBC quota and thus the final list.
