А я получила вот такое сообщение: моя студентка, которая учит со мной Английский язык, пишет, что давно увлекается астрологией, и теперь смотрит ролики об астрологии в YouTube на английском!
Такой ролик появился у Юлии в рекомендованных, она начала смотреть и узнала то, что не встречала в материалах на русском.
Затем, в беседе, Юлия сказала, что это такой этот к английскому такой естественный, so natural.
Вот она, та точка, когда

• когда ты переворачиваешь подход к языку: применяешь его, и тем самым изучаешь!

Hot air balloon in Australia – level 2
A hot air balloon was flying over the ocean in Australia with 9 people on board. It was running low on fuel and it was not able to land properly.
The people were afraid that the balloon would ditch into the ocean, but a passing boat saw it and helped. The pilot was able to offload the passengers one at a time. Once the passengers were safe, the balloon was light enough for the pilot to land safely on a beach. He received a lot of praise for his actions.
Difficult words: fuel (something that you burn for its energy), ditch (to make a forced landing on water), offload (to move something off), praise (respect).
