Everton v Millionarios: Florida CupPhoto by Douglas DeFelice - Everton/Everton FC via Getty ImagesEverton’s James Rodriguez needs a new home...again.James Rodriguez has quite a career arch since leaving Bayern Munich.Unwanted at Real Madrid, the Colombian star went to Everton, reunited with Carlo Ancelotti and started to revive his career.Ancelotti, though, left England for Real Madrid and Rodriguez was left without his mentor. Now, new Everton boss Rafa Benitez reportedly does not want the 30-year-old (per Foot Mercato):With the departure of Carlo Ancelotti to Real Madrid, James Rodriguez (30 years) has a desire to go elsewhere, less than a year after his arrival at Everton. The Colombian midfielder is looking for a way out. He will probably not return to the Casa Blanca but remains in the sights of some important clubs in Europe. This is good news because the new Toffees coach, Rafa Benitez, does not want him either. According to the English press, the Spanish technician did not really appreciate that the player returned from vacation with a great physical delay on his teammates. El Chiringuito adds a layer today, claiming that Benitez has directly told the former Monaco that he would not count on him this season. A departure is therefore more than ever in the news.Transfer Market Web had its own compilation of potential destinations for Rodriguez:James Rodríguez wants to stay in the Premier League and will welcome offers from English teams, although there is still no information about a club from the same league approaching Everton. The advantage that James Rodríguez has is that he is represented by Jorge Mendes, who pulls the strings well at Wolverhampton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur, so there may be two options that can be added in the coming weeks.According to Fichajes.net, the Colombian is on the radar of AC Milan, AS Monaco, and AS Roma for next season, taking into account that the three clubs need to add quality to their squads to make a leap in quality in comparison to the previous season and that Rodríguez has become a market opportunity, adding that his contract ends in the summer of 2022.As usual, Rodriguez played to his crowd of sympathizers:⚠️ ️ #JamesRodriguez on #Twitch: "I would like to play where they want me. I have already played in all leagues, but not in . It would be a good option". ⚽️#Calciomercato #Transfers #SerieA #Milan— Rudy Galetti (@RudyGaletti) July 30, 2021There is no word on who exactly is interested in Rodriguez, but at some point...maybe he is the problem and not everyone else.
