Sky: Robert Lewandowski extends contract with Pini Zahavi till 2020
MediaDoes that mean Lewandowski hasn’t given up on a move or ... ?This just in from Sky, it appears that Robert Lewandowski has extended his contract with super-agent Pini Zahavi until 2020. In case you’ve never heard of him, Zahavi is the man who orchestrated Neymar’s 222m Euro transfer from Barcelona last summer. He was originally hired in order to secure a move for his client to Real Madrid, but apparently failed due to opposition from Bayern Munich’s board. Now, even though Lewandowski is almost certainly going to stay in Munich, the Polish international has chosen to keep his agent around. Zahavi’s contract was set to run out on August 31st, but now it looks like he’s going to still around 2020 at the least.Nach Sky Informationen hat Robert Lewandowski seine Zusammenarbeit mit seinem Berater Pini Zahavi bis September 2020 verlängert. Das ursprüngliche Mandat lief lediglich bis zum 31. August. Der nächste Transfersommer dürfte also wieder interessant werden. #skytransfer #ssnhd— Max Bielefeld (@Sky_MaxB) August 19, 2018What this means at present is not clear. Does Lewandowski still want to move away from Bayern, or are there other reasons he kept Zahavi around? After all, agents handle a lot more than just transfers — they play a part in business-side of things as well. Lewandowski has repeatedly said that he wants his “brand” to grow. Perhaps keeping Zahavi is a means to that end.Whatever it is, there’s no need for Bayern Munich fans to worry just yet. Robert Lewandowski is going nowhere ... yet.Read more...

After the league opener against Hoffenheim, Rudy confirmed that he is willing to leave Bayern anytime soon.WAZ reported that the transfer fee for Rudy would be €16 million while Sky News reporter Dirk Schlarmann indicated that the amount would be more than €15 million but confirmed that it won't reach €20 million.#Schalke - jetzt wird es wohl ganz schnell gehen. Wir erwarten #Rudy zu Beginn der Woche auf Schalke. Die Ablöse wird über 15 Mio Euro liegen und wird durch diverse Boni noch steigen, aber deutlich nicht an die 20 rankommen. #S04 #SSNHD— Dirk g. Schlarmann (@Sky_Dirk) August 25, 2018It is said that Schalke is eyeing Rudy as a replacement for their Algerian midfielder Nabil Bentaleb, who is allegedly linked with Olympique Marseille.
