• The Contact Center Supervisor will be responsible for the overall performance of the Contact Center including contacts' interactions, overall performance and quality assurance. • The Supervisor will be responsible for the prioritization of all work functions and determining appropriate staffing to meet established service level agreements and to achieve the department profitability goals.• This position reports directly to CTO . • Must possess outstanding leadership abilities including the capacity to supervise and manage multiple people, organization, planning, multi-tasking, problem/conflict resolution, listening, interpersonal communications, and follow up.
