Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Manager to lead and oversee telecom site acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecom infrastructure deployment, including site identification, lease negotiation, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with MTNI IOS and SMART modules is essential for managing site acquisition workflows efficiently. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic planning, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure the successful acquisition and setup of telecom sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end site acquisition process, including site selection, leasing, and permitting.
• Negotiate lease agreements and manage relationships with landlords, municipalities, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all acquisitions comply with MTNI standards, legal regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Utilize MTNI IOS and SMART modules for efficient tracking, reporting, and project management.
• Coordinate with technical teams, construction managers, and legal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and budget constraints, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with government authorities, property owners, and local agencies.
• Prepare and submit reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, permits, and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site acquisition, lease negotiation, and telecom infrastructure deployment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and legal aspects of site acquisition.
• Familiarity with MTNI IOS and SMART modules for project tracking and site acquisition management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage with property owners, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with MTNI or similar telecom operators is a plus.
• English Level: Upper Intermediate – Strong ability to communicate effectively in professional settings.
