Russia has agreed to extend the Black Sea Grain Deal for 60 days, until May 18, but warned that it would withdraw from it if "tangible progress" is not made in implementing its three-year deal with the U.N. to facilitate exports of Russian food and fertilizer which have been blocked by sanctions.
