Responsibilities:
✔️ Monitor & follow up on overdue payments
✔️ Ensure timely collections & maintain cash flow
✔️ Reconcile accounts & resolve disputes
✔️ Collaborate with the finance team for process improvements
Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years in collections/accounts receivable
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems
✔️ Detail-oriented & deadline-driven
