🚨 WE’RE HIRING | ENGINEER – HVAC | OIL & GAS 🚨
Mannai Energy is looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
We are seeking a technically strong HVAC professional with proven experience in Oil & Gas facilities/projects, covering HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, planning, and site coordination.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and coordinate HVAC maintenance activities at Oil & Gas facilities.
Manage preventive, corrective, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system and equipment issues.
Ensure HVAC systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Review HVAC maintenance schedules, work orders, and technical reports.
Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Prepare and review maintenance reports, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PTW procedures, and Oil & Gas site standards.
Support manpower planning, material requirements, and maintenance resource allocation.
Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and shutdown activities when required.
🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of HVAC engineering/maintenance experience.
Oil & Gas experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, Package Units, Chillers, VRF/VRV, Split ACs, ventilation systems, and associated controls.
Experience in Oil & Gas plants, industrial facilities, or petrochemical projects.
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of HVAC maintenance standards and practices.
Familiarity with PTW, HSE procedures, and client safety requirements.
Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
