We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed client in Qatar for the role of:

🔹 Position: Proposal Engineer (MEP/E&I)
📍 Location: Qatar
💰 Salary: QAR 5,000 – 7,000/month + Transport + Accommodation
⏳ Availability: Immediate Joiner Required

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer with a strong background in MEP and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects. If you have 8–10 years of experience in tendering, cost estimation, and vendor coordination, this is a great opportunity to join a reputed organization in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications
Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
Develop technical and commercial bid proposals
Conduct detailed cost estimation and budget analysis
Liaise with vendors/subcontractors for quotation and comparison
Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits
Handle contract variations and amendments

Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field
📆 8–10 years of relevant experience in MEP & E&I project proposals
📊 Strong skills in financial evaluation, budgeting, and contract management
📝 Proficiency in project planning and documentation
