Qualifications
• 7-8 years of HR experience in HR Implementation & Digitalization strong focus on Compensation and Benefits & performance Management.

• Minimum 5 years of strong experience in ERP Software Implementation, preferably MenaMe HR Software.

• Proven experience in Process Improvement, change management, and digital HR solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and implement process changes in a dynamic environment.
