We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a QA/QC Engineer (E&I) to join a leading Oil & Gas project in Qatar! If you have 8-10 years of GCC experience in QA/QC within Electrical & Instrumentation, this is your opportunity to step into a dynamic role.
🔹 Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (E&I - Oil & Gas)
📍 Location: Qatar
💰 Salary: QAR 6,000 – 8,000 + Food, Transport & Accommodation
⏳ Availability: Immediate Joiner Required
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop & implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP) & Quality Control Plans (QCP).
✅ Conduct inspections & assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications.
✅ Generate RFIs & coordinate with regulatory authorities & client representatives.
✅ Manage & close out punch lists, addressing any non-conformities.
✅ Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes & best practices in all QC activities.
✅ Facilitate & participate in audits to ensure QA/QC compliance.
✅ Review project drawings & specifications for quality assurance.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, testing & quality-related records.
✅ Support HSE activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Education: Bachelor's in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
📅 Experience: 8-10 years of GCC experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas industry.
🛠 Skills & Certifications:
✔️ Expertise in E&I quality control, including electrical systems & instrumentation.
✔️ Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes & regulations.
✔️ COMPEX Certification is mandatory; additional QA/QC certifications are an advantage.
✔️ Excellent communication, problem-solving & documentation skills.
