Location : Qatar

We're on the lookout for a talented Camp Supervisor (Not Camp Boss) to join our dynamic team! If you have experience in handling Multiple Camps with 3000+ Manpower this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!
Job Summary:
1.Identifying and implementing all the camps requirements with the goal of cost efficiency.
2.Inspecting, monitoring and coordinating repairs of all building facilities and equipment.
3.Reporting to HR on all weekly tasks completed and pending.
4.Overseeing and resolving employee issues and acting as a role model of HR.
5.Communicating & coordinating with the contractors and the shareholders.
6.Maintainingefficientrecord tracking system of the staff check in and out.
7.Reducing complaint and escalation from staff to the management.
8.Submitting monthly reports on occupancy, maintenance, complaints and suggestions.
9.Ensuring that all staff abide by Group Housing Guideline.
10.Informing employee on all details and informing them that most suitable housing option based on availability is provided to them.
