Abu Huraira (ra) narrated that the Prophet (pbuh) said:

“It is not permissible for a woman to fast when her husband is present except with his permission.”

The version narrated by Abu Dawood (4258) & Al-Tirmidhi (782) says:
.
“No woman should fast when her husband is present except with his permission, apart from Ramadan.”
.
- [Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi].

[The Prohibition of Spouses Spreading Intimate Moments]
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
The worst of people on The Day of Judgement — according to Allah’s Judgement — are men who are intimate (i.e. with words or physically) with their wives, and then they spread those secrets. (1)
Glimpses of Husbandly Compassion (2):
1. A husband must protect intimate moments.
2. The Prophet (ﷺ) described a man who spreads intimate secrets as the worst of the people.
3. Intimate moments between spouses, words or physical, must be honored and protected.
4. When spouses fear betrayal of secrets with the other, relationships become dry and fail.
5. Spouses must not be careless concerning the preciousness of their intimate moments.
