‍ 🔴طرح آمریکا و اسرائیل برای ایجاد صندوق کوانتوم ۲۰۰ میلیون دلاری - با حمایت احتمالی کشورهای خلیج فارس 🔴

🔷#اسرائیل و #آمریکا قصد دارند از سال ۲۰۲۶ تا ۲۰۳۰ یک صندوق مشترک ۲۰۰ میلیون دلاری برای حمایت از نوآوری در حوزه‌های کوانتوم و هوش مصنوعی راه‌اندازی کنند. هدف این ابتکار، تقویت جایگاه فناوری اسرائیل در سطح جهانی، گسترش همکاری‌های منطقه‌ای در خاورمیانه و مقابله با نفوذ چین در فناوری‌های نسل بعدی است.

🔶این طرح که نخستین‌بار در رسانه‌های Globes و Jerusalem Post گزارش شد، شامل سرمایه‌گذاری مساوی از سوی دو کشور است و ممکن است #امارات_متحده عربی و #عربستان_سعودی نیز به‌عنوان سرمایه‌گذاران اضافه شوند. با پیوستن کشورهای حاشیه #خلیج_فارس، این صندوق تلاش دارد کشورهای عضو توافق ابراهیم و حتی بخش‌هایی از آسیای مرکزی را در قالب یک ائتلاف فناورانه راهبردی همسو کند.

🔷این طرح بر اساس مدل همکاری‌های دوجانبه موجود بین اسرائیل و آمریکا در حوزهٔ تحقیق و توسعه شکل گرفته اما تمرکز آن بر استارتاپ‌های کوانتوم و هوش مصنوعی است — مثل همکاری‌های احتمالی بین شرکت اسرائیلی #Quantum_Source و شرکت آمریکایی #PsiQuantum. بخش کوانتوم اسرائیل که به گفته این رسانه از رتبه خوبی در میان کشورهای جهان برخوردار است، پایگاه خوبی فراهم کرده، اما توسعهٔ زیرساخت‌های گسترده‌تر برای این فناوری‌ها نیازمند منابع بیشتر است که کشورهای نفت‌خیز حاشیه خلیج فارس می‌توانند تأمین کنند.

🔶همچنین به گفته آنها این صندوق نقش یک ابزار متوازن کننده را در راستای نگرانی امریکا از توسعه سریع #چین در تحقیقات کوانتومی ایفا خواهد کرد. برای بهره‌مندی کامل، اسرائیل ممکن است ناچار شود قوانین کنترل صادرات و حفاظت از مالکیت فکری را سخت‌گیرانه‌تر کند تا همکاری‌های فناورانه با چین محدود شود.

🔷این پروژه فراتر از تحقیقات علمی، بُعد ژئوپلیتیک مهمی دارد: هدف آن این است که رشد فناوری منطقه در مسیر منافع آمریکا باقی بماند و مانع از نزدیکی کشورهای خلیج فارس به چین شود. در صورت موفقیت مراحل قانون‌گذاری، این صندوق از سال ۲۰۲۶ راه‌اندازی خواهد شد و به توسعهٔ مراکز تحقیقاتی منطقه‌ای و توانمندسازی زیرساخت‌های کوانتوم و هوش مصنوعی در مقیاس وسیع کمک خواهد کرد.
