So that it becomes clear to you what you are doing, why you exist, and where you are headed, preventing a lifetime from passing in neglect.
🔰 O beloved ones! Calculation and contemplation should be present in all your actions, words, and deeds, not just once a year or a month, but once a day, if not every hour; indeed, a moment of calculation and contemplation is necessary at any given time.
🔰 O beloved ones! If you release the breath freely without being mindful of it, neglect the contemplation of your actions, and fail to calculate, walking hand in hand with negligence, be wary of a life ending in a regrettable manner.
