🌙 Staying Awake at Night: The Spiritual & Physical Sanctuary

A timeless wisdom from Imam Ali (AS):

"Staying awake at night [for prayer] brings health to the body, pleasure to the Lord, immersion in God’s mercy, and adherence to the character of the prophets."

This isn’t just about waking up—it’s about awakening the soul.

🌿 Why Night Vigil?

· Health for the body – Spiritual peace brings physical wellness.
· Pleasing the Creator – A private conversation with Allah in the silence of the night.
· Divine Mercy – The hours before dawn are filled with divine presence and forgiveness.
· Walking with the Prophets – They too sought solitude in the night, connecting deeply with the Divine.

💡 Night prayer (Tahajjud/Salat al-Layl) is more than a ritual; it’s a intimate act of devotion, reflection, and strength—for the heart, mind, and body.

🕋 If you’ve ever wondered how to find tranquility in chaos, closeness in solitude, or strength in stillness… the night holds your answer.
