🔴 Freedom of Speech, French-Style: Elysee Palace Calls to Delete DJ Snake's Tweet
🎥 DJ Snake (William Sami Étienne Grigahcine), the famous French DJ and music producer, recently revealed on a talk show that after tweeting an appeal to Macron urging him to stop the genocide in Gaza, he was contacted by security personnel from the Elysee Palace. They threatened him and demanded that he delete his tweet, citing potential repercussions if he refused.
This incident raises serious questions about freedom of expression in France, especially when it comes to politically sensitive topics like the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The situation has brought to light the challenges artists and public figures face when voicing dissent against government policies, particularly in relation to international human rights issues.
