Edoardo Agnelli first became familiar with the name Dr. Mohammad Hassan Ghadiri Abyaneh, former press attaché of the Iranian Embassy in Rome, after watching a television roundtable program. Intrigued by what he saw, he sought out Dr. Ghadiri, and just one week later, he arranged to meet him in person.
Born into immense privilege as the son of Gianni Agnelli—owner of Fiat and Juventus—Edoardo was raised by a Catholic father and a Zionist Jewish mother. Yet, through his conversations with Dr. Ghadiri, he found himself drawn toward a different path.

After several meetings, Edoardo embraced Shia Islam. He didn’t stop there.

Despite threats—even an offer of millions of dollars to hand over the film—the creators refused. They wrote a letter to the Supreme Leader, who immediately ordered the documentary to be broadcast, preceded by a roundtable discussion to raise awareness.
