๐น #Mubฤhala (Arabic: ู ูุจุงููููุฉ) means cursing and damning each other. Two people or two parties, who believe they are right, supplicate before God and ask Him to curse the liar so that everyone knows who is right. Thus, the #Prophet (s.a) suggested #Christians_of_Najran to do mubahala and they accepted; however, on the day they had agreed upon earlier, they #refused to do mubahala since they saw that the Prophet (s) came with #closest_members of his family, who were his daughter, #Fatima al-Zahra (a), his son-in-law, #Imam_Ali (a), his grandsons, #Hasan (a) and #Husayn (a), and thus Christians understood his #truthfulness. This way the #Prophet (s) became #victorious in this event.

๐ Imam Ali, Peace Be Upon Him
"The mark of faith is to choose the right path, even if it goes against your own interests. Avoid speaking falsehood, especially when it may bring you temporary gains. Ensure that your words are enriched with knowledge, and always fear God when talking about others."

Rahyafte (The Guided Ones)
๐ด Condolences on the Martyrdom Anniversary of Umm al-Mu'minin, Lady Khadijah al-Kubra (S). ๐น Lady Khadijah (S) was a noble woman who played an unparalleled role in supporting Islam through her faith, sacrifice, and unwavering support for the Prophet (PBUH).โฆ
๐ Proof of the Martyrdom of Lady Khadijah (SA) Based on the Definition of Martyrdom in the Qur'an
๐น Some believe that martyrdom only refers to being killed on the battlefield, but the Holy Qur'an provides a broader meaning of martyrdom. Upon examining the Qur'anic definition of martyrdom, it becomes clear that Lady Khadijah (SA) is also considered a martyr.
๐ 1๏ธโฃ Definition of Martyrdom in the Qur'an
โ Martyrdom as Sacrifice for the Sake of God
"And those who were killed in the way of Allah, He will not let their deeds go to waste."
๐ (Surah Muhammad, 47:4)
๐น This verse shows that giving one's life in the way of Allah, not necessarily in a battlefield, is considered martyrdom. Lady Khadijah (SA) also sacrificed her wealth, comfort, and life for the sake of Islam.
โ Martyrdom as Enduring Great Hardship for Religion
"And those who migrated in the way of Allah, then they were killed or died, Allah will grant them a good provision."
๐ (Surah Al-Hajj, 22:58)
๐น In this verse, Allah grants the same reward to those who migrate for His cause and then dieโwhether through martyrdom or natural death. Lady Khadijah (SA) was confined in the Shi'b of Abu Talib, enduring extreme hardships and hunger, ultimately passing away as a result of these tribulations; this is also considered martyrdom.
๐ด 2๏ธโฃ Reason for Lady Khadijahโs Martyrdom (SA)
๐น Lady Khadijah (SA) was the first female Muslim, a great supporter of Islam and the Prophet (PBUH), and the mother of Lady Fatimah (SA). She sacrificed all her wealth to support the Prophet (PBUH) and Islam. Ultimately, due to the economic blockade imposed by the idolaters during the Shi'b of Abu Talib, her death came as a result of enduring hunger and extreme hardships.
๐น Therefore, Lady Khadijah (SA), who gave her life in support of the Prophet (PBUH) and Islam, is undoubtedly considered a martyr.
โ Conclusion
1๏ธโฃ The Qur'an does not limit martyrdom to being killed in battle; rather, anyone who sacrifices their life for the sake of Allah is considered a martyr.
2๏ธโฃ Lady Khadijah (SA) died as a result of the economic embargo, hunger, and the extreme difficulties inflicted by the enemies of Islam, which is a clear example of martyrdom.
3๏ธโฃ The martyrdom of Lady Khadijah (SA) is in full accordance with Qur'anic and narrational standards, similar to the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah (SA) and the earliest martyrs of Islam like Sumayyah and Yasir.
๐ฟ Peace be upon you, O Khadijah al-Kubra, O Mother of the Believers, O Mother of Fatimah al-Zahra (SA).
