The S&P 500 is dropping sharply, which explains the rejection in Bitcoin.

Similar to BTC, if the S&P 500 loses the 100 SMA, we can expect a move down to the 200 EMA.

S&P500 remains the key focus for a continuation higher in Bitcoin.

H4 100SMA retest yesterday with price holding above it.

- Hold H4 100SMA and reclaim back H4 trend will be super bullish for BTC in my opinion.
- Compression between H4 trend and H4 100SMA will be also good for BTC.
- Fail to do so and we likely go for the 200EMA below, and we can forget about BTC strength.
