This answer is simple. You should now study without ceasing. The best thing you can do for yourself right now is to try to cover the entire Latest JAMB Syllabus for your selected subjects. You can access that by clicking here.
Don't even bank on expo because "e go choke". The expo provider will just sit in his bedroom and send you nonsense answers. Do you think they care about you? Sorry, think again!
It is good you get familiar with the exam pattern by using the Myschool JAMB CBT Mobile App (for android mobile phones).
You still have more than enough time before the exam starts, and you can't blame anyone else but yourself if you don't equip yourself and get ready for the exam. The ball is now in your court.
We will keep updating you with all relevant information as time progresses. Ensure you visit this website regularly for such updates.

JAMB has issued a fresh advisory directed at candidates from the 2020โ2025 admission sessions who still have an old admission offer sitting untouched on their CAPS (Central Admissions Processing System) profile. According to the notice, any candidate who fails to formally reject or terminate a previous admission risks being blocked from participating in the 2026 admission exercise. In simple terms: that old offer you never acted on isn't harmless โ it's now standing between you and a fresh admission this year.

JAMB has made it clear that an unresolved past admission can lead to a candidate being locked out of the 2026 admission process entirely.
CAPS is designed to prevent a candidate from holding more than one active admission at a time. An old, unterminated offer can flag your profile as "already admitted," even if you never attended that institution.

Institutions offering you admission this year may be unable to process it if your CAPS profile shows a conflicting, unresolved record from a previous session.
Many candidates genuinely forget about old offers from years back, only to discover โ too late that it's quietly costing them a spot they've worked hard for in the current cycle.

1. Log in to your JAMB CAPS profile using your registered email and password at caps.jamb.gov.ng.
2. Go to "Admission Status" and check for any pending offers from previous sessions (2020โ2025).
3. Reject or terminate any old admission you no longer intend to take up โ do this directly on the portal, not through a third party.
4. Confirm the update reflects on your profile before proceeding with any 2026 admission application or acceptance.
5. Contact JAMB Help Desk if the option to terminate isn't showing, or if you run into technical issues. WhatsApp us 07052363609
๐๐ผ๐๐๐ผ๐บ ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ:
if you have an old, unresolved admission offer, don't leave it hanging โ clearing it now takes a few minutes, but ignoring it could cost you your chance at 2026 admission.
Kindly Note that previous admission alone does not only disqualifies Candidates but also minor mistakes like Mismatch of Names, errors in DOB,LGA mistakes, Names arrangements loss of email address or phone, NIN issue can also result to disqualification of Admission
Stay informed. Stay ahead.

REDESIGNING THE UTME FOR REAL WORLD APPLICATIONS
The Registrar, Prof. Segun Aina, has inaugurated a committee of education stakeholders and experts to review the UTME format and explore how critical thinking, analytical reasoning, life skills and other real-world competencies could be reflected in the assessment.
With the committee bringing together perspectives from across the education sector, its initial task is to examine the proposal and make recommendations.
For JAMB, improving the UTME means continually asking what can be done better, what candidates need for the future, and how the examination can remain relevant to the changing demands of tertiary education.
The work of rethinking, reviewing and improving continues.
