โข Position: #Short #Service #Commission in the Executive Branch (#Information #Technology) under a Special #Naval Orientation Course.
โข Eligibility: #Unmarried candidates with:
โข 60% marks in English (Class X/XII) and a degree in IT-related fields (#BTech, #MTech, #MSc, #MCA) with 60% overall marks.
โข Age: Born between 2nd July 2000 and 1st January 2006.
โข #NCC โCโ #Certificate holders get a 5% relaxation in cutoff marks.
โข Vacancies: 15 (both men and women).
โข Selection Process:
1. Shortlisting based on normalized marks.
2. #SSB #Interview for shortlisted candidates.
3. Final merit list based on SSB marks.
โข Training:
โข Initial Naval Orientation Course at INA, Ezhimala.
โข Subsequent professional training on naval ships.
โข Tenure: Initial commission for 10 years, extendable by 4 years.
โข Application Dates: 29th December 2024 to 10th January 2025.
โข Pay: Basic pay starts at โน56,100 with additional allowances.
