Sharing #charts is no use until you trade

Just remember 🀨
100s of charts are being shared everyday.
100s of breakout happens
100s of retest happens
100s of volume burst happens

What matters is which stock you select among those.

If everyone traded on charts then everyone would have made money In stockmarket but it isn't the case right ?

Hence stock selection is the most important aspect of trading/investing

#Trading tip: Count the pullbacks after a breakout:

β€’ 1st pullback is a great buy.
β€’ 2nd pullback is still ok.
β€’ 3rd pullback should be avoided.
β€’ 4th pullback never buy it.

If you are short term trader
Stock Selection matters a lot

1. Dont Select stocks that are UNDERPERFORMING .
Use Relative Strength Indicator
(not RSI)
2. Select stocks in uptrend, making new Highs , new aths
3. Select stocks which have not fallen more than 15% from recent high

Rules for Stop Loss that I follow for short term trades

1. Generally keep a stop loss less than 7% for each Trade

2. If stop loss is near 10% and the trade goes against me I reduce 50% position at 5% loss and hold the rest

3.If stock up 10% stop loss is moved to cost

Trading #tip: Don't try to improve your hit-rate. A trading approach based on a lower hit-rate is much more robust, because it has built in a failure tolerance. Work on increasing your average profit and decreasing your average loss.
Being in cash as a trader gives you a lot of advantages:

… you can outperform an index by doing nothing
… neutral view on the markets
… no emotional involvement
… capital protection
… enough time to reload the mental batteries
… restart from scratch

Cash is a position!

#Trading #tip: Don't try to find stocks, let them find you!
β€’ Use stock filters and look at them everyday.
β€’ Look at the top performers of the week.
β€’ Observe stock sectors which show a high strength.
β€’ Look at stocks with unusual volume.
β€’ Check stocks making a new 52w high.
Swing Traders what you can control :
1. Risk
2. Position Sizing
3. Exiting/ Reducing a Stock Before Earning
4. Hedging if FnO

What you can't Control
1. Overnight News
2. IRCTC candle πŸŸ₯ (Panic Candle)

Anything Else ?

#tip #StockMarket
You can save a lot of money by not buying stocks in stage 3 topping phase or stage 4 downtrend .
Most Retailers Buy and Hold during this time .
Lots of stock will give you Areound 30 to 40% losses in coming time.

Acceptance will help you to become a better trader:

1) Accept to stay at the sidelines
2) Accept that you will have losses
3) Accept that you don't catch the bottom/top
4) Accept 10 losses in a row
5) Accept that your next trade will probably be a loser
