35 years ago Bulldozer from #Milan, #Italy, released their 3rd studio album, considered a landmark in #ItalianMetal history.

Few curious facts:
💽 Released through Discomagic, record label specialized in Discomusic and Italodisco: #Bulldozer frontman A.C. Wild (Alberto Contini) was in fact surprisingly into discomusic and became an A&R for Discomagic!

💃 Song "Ilona the Very Best" became an anthem dedicated to Ilona Staller (Cicciolina), at the time the most famous pornstar who managed to be elected and enter Italian Parliament in 1987!

⚽️ "The Derby", first ever Heavy Metal song dedicated to football and hooliganism, in particular to the Milan city Derby!

IX remained an underground gem lacking international promotion, also because (again) A.C. Wild was not allowed to leave Italy for his refusal to comply military service.

In this album:
#AndyPanigada - guitars
#ACWild - vocals, bass, keyboards
#RobCabrini "Klister" - drums
