Lizzy Borden
📀 Love You To Pieces
#HeavyMetal #PowerMetal

40 years ago Lizzy Borden from Los Angeles, #USA released their debut studio album.

The band was founded in 1983 and named after the lead vocalist who in turn took his stage name and persona from Lizzie Borden, one of the most controversial figures in American popular culture, tried and later acquitted for axe murders.

Due to their look and outfit #LizzyBorden were wrongly associated with the L.A. Glam Hair Metal scene, their music is in fact pure Heavy Metal 🔥

And Love You To Pieces in my opinion stays up there with the contemporary albums of the band's main influences: Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Mercyful Fate🤘

In this album:
#LizzyBorden – vocals
#GeneAllen – guitar, backing vocals
#TonyMatuzak – guitar
#MichaelDavis – bass, backing vocals
#JoeyScottHarges – drums, backing vocals

With
#JonNatisch, #MarkBenson, #TonyCopozzi – backing vocals
