🟡 *విషయం :* 300 యూనిట్స్ కన్నా ఎక్కువ ఉన్నందున అనర్హులు - క్లారిటీ

1. *ఇదివరకు గ్రామ వార్డు సచివాలయం లో ప్రదర్శించబడిన ఎలిజిబుల్ లిస్టులో ఎలక్ట్రిసిటీ 300 కంటే పైగా ఉన్న కారణంగా అనర్హులు అని వచ్చిన వారికి వారి యొక్క ఎన్బిఎం డేటా సరిచేసి ఇష్యూ క్లియర్ చేయడమైనది.*

2. *అటువంటి లబ్ధిదారులకు డిపార్ట్మెంట్ వారు రానున్న రెండు రోజులలో డేటా వాలిడేషన్ చేసి పేమెంట్స్ ప్రాసెస్ చేస్తామని తెలిపి ఉన్నారు.*

3. *పైన తెలిపిన సందర్భంలో కాకుండా వేరే ఏదైనా ఇతర కారణాలతో అర్హులుగా ఉన్నవారికి అనర్హుల జాబితాలో వారి యొక్క పేర్లు వచ్చినట్లయితే వారికి అటాచ్ చేయబడిన SOP ఆధారతముగా గ్రీవెన్స్ రైస్ చేయగలరని అందరు మండల మున్సిపల్ అధికారులు మీ పరిధిలో ఉన్న WEA/WWDS & DA/WEDS నకు తెలుపగలరు.*

*Important Notice to All Field Functionaries*

This is to inform all field functionaries that grievances under the *Thalliki Vandanam scheme are to be submitted only through the Beneficiary Management Portal (NBM).*

Please note that the GSWS Department has not issued any *physical format or application form* for grievance submission under this scheme.

Hence, field staff are instructed not to insist citizens on submitting any physical grievance forms.

*All grievances must be registered digitally through the designated portal only.*

❓ *Thalliki Vandanam FAQ :*

*Q1.While raising a grievance, should it be done using the Mother’s Aadhaar or the Student’s Aadhaar?*

Ans : Grievance should be raised only in the name of the Mother/Guardian, using her Aadhaar number.

*Q2.Names of students studying in Kendriya Vidyalayas are not appearing. Are they eligible?*

Ans : The School Education Department will take a decision regarding the eligibility of such students.

*Q3.If a mother has 2 or 3 children and only one received the amount, what should be done? We don't know who received the amount. How to raise the grievance?*

Ans : Data has been processed based on the information received from the School Education Department, excluding 10th and 12th pass-out students. Grievance should be raised in the name of the mother, even if you are unsure which child received the amount.

*Q4.In re-surveyed villages, due to joint LPM entries, some eligible people are marked as ineligible. What is the solution?*

Ans : This issue is under review at the Government level. Further instructions will be shared once a decision is made... #ThallikiVandanam

*"తల్లికి వందనం పథకం"* లో 300 యూనిట్ల కన్నా ఎక్కువ యూనిట్లు వచ్చినందువలన *"అనర్హుల జాబితాలో పేరు ఉన్నవారు"* గమనించండి. వాస్తవంగా గడిచిన 12 నెలలలో సరాసరి హౌస్ హోల్డ్ మ్యాపింగ్ ప్రాప్తికి ఇంట్లో ఉన్న వారందరి పేరుపై ఉన్న మీటర్ల యూనిట్లు 300 కన్నా తక్కువ ఉండి, *"అనర్హుల జాబితాలో 300 యూనిట్ల కన్నా ఎక్కువ ఉంది"* అని వచ్చిన వారికి ఆటోమేటిగ్గా వివరాలు రానున్న రెండు రోజుల్లో అప్డేట్ అయ్యి వారి పేర్లు అర్హుల జాబితాలోకి రావడం జరుగును. తరువాత వారికి పేమెంట్ అవుతుంది. నిజముగా 300 యూనిట్ల కన్నా ఎక్కువ ఉన్నట్టయితే వారు అర్జీ గ్రీవెన్స్ పెట్టుకున్న ఎటువంటి ఉపయోగం ఉండదు. #ThallikiVandanam

*కరెంట్ మీటర్ లింక్ తీయుటకు సంబంధించి :*

1. కరెంటు మీటరు ఆధార్ నెంబర్కు డి సీడింగ్ చేయు సమయంలో చాలా సచివాలయాలలో సరిగా పనిచేయటం లేదని కంప్లైంట్ పెడుతున్నారు.

2. సర్వీస్ ప్రారంభం నుండి సర్వీస్ పూర్తి చేయుట మొత్తం కూడా త్వరగా చేసినట్లయితే ఆ సర్వీస్ అవుతుంది. ఇంటర్నెట్ కనెక్టివిటీ కూడా స్పీడ్ గా ఉండాలి. మొబైల్లో కాకుండా కంప్యూటర్లో మాత్రమే ఈ సర్వీస్ చేయండి.

3. ఎవరికైతే ఆధార్కు కరెంటు మీటరు లింక్ తప్పించాలో వారు బయోమెట్రిక్ లేదా ఐరిష్ లేదా ఓటీపీ చెప్తే అప్లికేషన్ సబ్మిట్ అవుతుంది తరువాత సంబంధిత ఎలక్ట్రికల్ ఏఈ వారు తుది ఆమోదం చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

4. దీనికిగాను గ్రామ సచివాలయంలో డిజిటల్ అసిస్టెంట్ అధికారులు / వార్డు సచివాలయంలో వార్డ్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ అండ్ డేటా ప్రాసెసింగ్ సెక్రటరీ అధికారులు వారి యొక్క బెనిఫిషరీ మేనేజ్మెంట్ వెబ్సైట్ లాగిన్ లో ముందుగా అర్జీ నమోదు చేసి అర్జీ నెంబర్తో డి సీడింగ్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

*విషయం : చనిపోయిన తల్లి లేదా పిల్లల వెరిఫికేషన్ మరియు ఈ కేవైసీ పెండింగ్ ఉన్న తల్లుల ధ్రువీకరణ*

*GSWS Employees App V8.4 లొ Other Department eKYC లొ Thalliki Vandanam ఇవ్వటం జరిగింది. అందులో చనిపోయిన తల్లి లేదా పిల్లల ధ్రువీకరణ మరియు ఈ కేవైసీ పెండింగ్ ఉన్న తల్లుల ధ్రువీకరణకు సంబంధించి సచివాలయ పరిధిలో క్లస్టర్ల వారిగా పెండింగ్ ఉన్న పేర్లు కనిపిస్తాయి అందులో ఉన్న వివిధ రకముల రంగులకు అర్థమేంటో ఫోటో లొ చూడండి.*
