◽కుటుంబ యజమాని పేరుతో సర్వే ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది.
◽ముందుగా డిపార్ట్మెంట్ సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకుని ఆ తర్వాత సర్వీసు ను ఎంచుకుని ఆ తర్వాత EKYC పూర్తి చేసి సబ్మిట్ చేయవలెను.

Dropdown with Department Names (fetched dynamically from master list).

Afler deparlment is chosen, respeclive services under that department should appear in the nexl dropdown.

Select any household member for authentication.
