#BTC is still trying to break the $22,000 level. There is possibility that we may see a retracement from support area. The daily candle close above $22,000 is bullish.

💰 Capital B to raise €21M for Bitcoin treasury expansion

Bitcoin treasury firm Capital B has announced a private placement to raise €21.01 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds and existing operating funds to purchase an additional 270 Bitcoin, aiming to increase its total holdings from 3,145 BTC to 3,415 BTC.

The deal involves issuing over 36 million shares at €0.58 per unit. While the immediate purchase keeps the Bitcoin-per-share ratio nearly flat at approximately 7.47 BTC per million shares, the structure includes warrants that pose a long-term dilution risk to existing holders.

🚨 MicroStrategy signals return to Bitcoin buying

Michael Saylor has signaled that MicroStrategy is ready to resume its Bitcoin accumulation strategy after a two-month pause. In a post on X, Saylor stated "We're Back," which historically precedes official announcements of massive treasury purchases.

The company recently focused on strengthening its balance sheet, building a $5.1 billion USD reserve and a $1.59 billion cash pool. This "strategic breather" occurred while their industry-leading holdings were briefly sitting in a paper loss.

With BTC recently crossing the $80,000 threshold, the firm's massive treasury of 840,447 Bitcoin is back in profit. Their average entry price sits at approximately $75,385 per coin.

This move marks a return to the offensive for the world's largest corporate crypto holder, potentially deploying billions in "dry powder" back into the market.

💰 Bitcoin ETFs Record Best Month of 2026 with $3.5 Billion Inflows

US spot Bitcoin ETFs saw their strongest performance of 2026 in August, attracting $3.52 billion in net inflows. This surge coincided with Bitcoin (BTC) gaining 25% during the month, marking its best monthly rally since late 2024.

The massive August inflows significantly reduced the year-to-date net outflows from $5.29 billion down to $1.77 billion, a 66% recovery. Total net assets for these funds grew by 31% to reach $99.61 billion by the end of the month, while trading volume jumped nearly 49%.

Other assets also saw positive momentum. Ether (ETH) ETFs turned positive for the year with $732 million in year-to-date inflows. Meanwhile, XRP ETFs reached $502 million in total inflows for 2026, growing 46% in August alone.

💰 Bitcoin ETFs hit $731M inflows as BTC reclaims $80,000

US-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $730.9 million in net inflows on Thursday, marking the highest daily volume since January. This surge occurred as BTC successfully reclaimed the $80,000 price level after a week of range-bound trading between $76,000 and $81,000.

BlackRock’s IBIT dominated the activity with $454 million in new capital, representing over 60% of the total market inflow. Other major contributors included ARKB with $137.7 million and Fidelity’s FBTC with $74.4 million, while HODL and BTCW saw minor outflows.

Despite the massive inflows, CryptoQuant analysts warn that the rally is largely driven by short covering rather than fresh spot demand. Data shows significant profit-taking, with holders realizing 110,000 BTC in profit since August 19.

🚨 Liquid Network Exploit: 4,000 BTC Stolen Without Private Key Breach

The Liquid network suffered a major security incident on Sept. 6, resulting in the loss of nearly 4,000 BTC. In a rare type of attack, the network's private keys were not compromised. Instead, attackers exploited a software flaw that tricked the system into approving unauthorized withdrawals.

Attackers generated L-BTC (Liquid Bitcoin) without providing the required BTC backing. They then exchanged these unbacked tokens for real Bitcoin from the shared reserve. The automated withdrawal software trusted the incorrect account balances and authorized the transfer using valid keys.

This event highlights that private key security is not a total guarantee of safety. If smart contracts or underlying network software contain vulnerabilities, assets can be drained even when keys remain secure.

💰 Bitcoin Hits $86,000 as Shorts Liquidated

Bitcoin surged to a fresh eight-month high of $86,000 on Monday after breaking through the $82,000 resistance level. This breakout triggered a massive $750 million liquidation of bearish short positions, forcing exchanges to execute buy orders that added further fuel to the upward move.

Market data shows traders are doubling down, with $2 billion in new leveraged exposure added since the breakout. Analysts from Nansen and Wintermute now point to $90,000 as the next major psychological target, followed by $92,000.

Institutional demand remains robust, with U..S Spot Bitcoin ETFs recording $433 million in net inflows last Friday. The average cost basis for ETF buyers is now $82,225, marking the first time in months that these institutional investors are broadly in profit.

💰 Bitcoin ETFs See Massive $1.7 Billion Inflow in Just Two Days

US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded over $1.7 billion in net inflows across two days as BTC surged past $86,000. On Monday, the funds saw $999 million in new capital—a 2026 high—followed by another $715 million on Tuesday.

BlackRock’s IBIT led the charge with $350 million in Tuesday inflows, while Fidelity’s FBTC added $257 million. Total net assets for these funds have now reached $111 billion, recovering significantly from the $71 billion low seen in June.

Analyst James Seyffart noted that the average Bitcoin ETF investor is now profitable again. The estimated cost basis for these holders is $81,722, meaning most institutional and retail ETF buyers are currently "above water" as BTC trades around $86,467.

💰 US Bitcoin ETFs Hit $2.4 Billion Weekly Inflow Record

US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded their strongest week of 2026, drawing a massive $2.39 billion in net inflows. This marks the highest weekly total since October 2025, surpassing the previous yearly peak of $1.92 billion set in August.

The surge helped year-to-date flows recover to $926 million, bouncing back from a deep $5.55 billion deficit seen in early July. While daily inflows slowed on Friday to $134.5 million, the overall momentum remains strong despite BTC pulling back from its $87,100 high.

Other assets also saw institutional interest, with Ether ETFs attracting $690 million and XRP ETFs adding $76 million. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index currently sits at 74, indicating a state of "Greed" in the market as institutional capital continues to flow into digital asset products.

🔴 Bitcoin ETFs see $635M outflow as October turns red

US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a massive $635 million in net outflows on Thursday. This sharp exit ended a three-day winning streak that had previously brought in over $1 billion in new capital.

This is the largest single-day withdrawal since June 25. The move has pushed the total net flows for October into the red, with a current monthly deficit of $175 million. Despite this, the weekly total remains positive at $443 million.

Bitcoin price reacted by sliding to around $81,783, down 1% in 24 hours. Other assets also struggled; Ether ETFs saw $111 million leave, while Solana and Hyperliquid (HYPE) ETFs lost $9 million and $8 million respectively. XRP bucked the trend, gaining $3.6 million.

💰 Bitcoin ETFs Snap 2-Week Outflow Streak with $301M Inflow

US spot Bitcoin ETFs ended last week with $301 million in net inflows, successfully breaking a two-week streak of heavy withdrawals. The recovery follows significant losses of $228 million and $680 million in the preceding two weeks.

The week saw a massive $1.08 billion inflow between Monday and Wednesday as BTC surged to a weekly high of $84,777. However, momentum cooled by Thursday and Friday, with investors pulling out $774 million as the price retreated toward the $80,000 mark.

Research from DWF Labs indicates that ETF investors are not typically "dip buyers." Data shows net outflows occurred during seven out of eight Bitcoin sell-offs of at least 15% since the ETFs launched in January 2024.

💰 US Bitcoin ETFs Return to Inflows After $774M Exit

US-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $110 million in net inflows on Monday, bouncing back after $774 million was withdrawn over the previous two trading sessions. Despite this recovery, the month of October remains in the red with approximately $202 million in total net outflows.

The rebound occurred as Bitcoin traded near $79,595, marking a 2.6% decline over the past seven days. Market sentiment has shifted slightly downward, with the Crypto Fear & Greed Index falling to 48, keeping the market in Neutral territory.

Data from CryptoQuant shows a divergence between retail and institutional behavior. Retail deposits to Binance nearly doubled to $10.8 billion over 30 days, while whale deposits fell to $3.8 billion. This suggests smaller investors are using price rebounds to exit positions while large holders reduce activity.
