⚡ Urgent Hiring | 💰 $280K–$380K Base Salary + Equity
We’re looking for an experienced AI Staff Product Engineer to drive product architecture, build AI-native developer tools, and take innovative products from concept to production.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead architectural direction for new products.
- Build next-generation AI-native developer tools.
- Own end-to-end product development from 0→1.
- Translate business strategy into technical roadmaps.
- Make key architecture and engineering decisions.
- Ensure production reliability, performance, and quality.
- Mentor senior engineers and raise technical standards.
- Drive the adoption of AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–20 years of full-stack/product engineering experience.
- Proven experience building and launching products from 0→1.
- Startup or scale-up experience.
- Strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Hands-on engineering and technical leadership experience.
- Expertise in system design and architecture.
- Applied AI experience and/or AI coding agent workflows.
- Excellent communication and product judgment.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week in NYC.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience at a developer tools or infrastructure startup. Ideal candidates combine strong engineering skills with product thinking and end-to-end ownership.
COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS
💰 Base salary: $280,000–$380,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
📈 Significant early-stage equity
📍 On-site, 5 days/week in Flatiron, New York City
🛂 Existing visa transfers, including applicable OPT or H-1B, may be considered
❌ No new visa sponsorship
❌ No relocation assistance
🏢 Remote and hybrid work are not available
