In Loving Memory of Sensei Faramarz,
It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of Sensei Faramarz, a respected member of our Shitokai Karate family.
The passing of a fellow Sensei is a profound loss to our martial arts community. A dedicated karateka leaves behind more than memories.
On behalf of Shitoryu Karate Canada and myself, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family, students, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing Sensei Faramarz.
May your soul rest in eternal peace, Sensei.
With deepest respect and sympathy.
Rest in peace.

In Shitoryu Karate, efficiency of movement is essential.
Blocking techniques follow short, direct paths, minimizing unnecessary motion while maintaining proper body mechanics, structure, and effective defensive positioning.
The principle is simple: Shorter distance, faster execution, quicker response.
Speed through efficiency, not wasted movement.
Shorter trajectory. Precise timing. Efficient movement. Faster defensive response.
