1. Walk the Talk
True leaders don’t just say they’re credible; they prove it. It’s like when someone offers you "trust me" advice but is also the person who microwaves fish at the office. Trust comes from honesty, fairness, and setting an example. Mahatma Gandhi didn’t yell, "I’m the boss!" He lived his values, making him a leader everyone followed… even without Wi-Fi. 📜

2. Hearts, Not Control Panels
A great leader connects emotionally. Think about that teacher who believed in you, even when you couldn’t spell "believe." They didn’t boss you around; they inspired you to try. Inspiration isn’t controlling—it’s nudging someone to shine so brightly that you need sunglasses. 😎

3. Common Goals, Not Complaints
Steve Jobs didn’t tell his team, “Work harder, or you’re fired!” He said, “Let’s build a phone so cool it’ll make landlines cry.” A vision, some logic, and a dash of dream-selling can unite even the quirkiest teams. 📱
