Over the past 24 hours, the #crypto market has lost more than 3.5%, falling to a capitalisation of $2.37 trillion.
Bitcoin shows a decline with a similar amplitude; Ethereum lost less than 3%, while BNB added 0.1%, and Solana fell by 6.5%.

On Wednesday, #Bitcoin retreated significantly from its 50-day moving average, which we see as an important manifestation of bearish strength. Most crypto traders clearly took this signal.

For example, on the daily charts of #Solana and #Cardano, the rebound over the past ten days now looks like a tactical retreat by the bears, who decided to sell the market again on Wednesday. It is worth keeping a close eye on whether selling can bring the price below the previous local lows, around $125 for Solana and $0.4 for Cardano.
❀1
The #crypto market cap decreased by another 1.5% to $2.27 trillion. After the halving, the pressure on the market increased, in full accordance with the adage "buy the rumour, sell the news".

It seems that the strongest altcoins started to give up. #Ethereum and #Solana are both losing about 4% each in the last 24 hours - higher than most of the top altcoins.

#Bitcoin is losing 1.5% to $61.6K, reversing sharply to the downside as active Asian trading begins. This reversal also coincides with downside resistance that has been in place since 8 April.

According to CoinShares data, crypto fund investments decreased $435M last week after outflows of $206M the week before. Bitcoin investments were down $423M, Ethereum investments were down $38M, and Solana investments were up $4M.

The bulk of the outflows (totalling $440M) came from Grayscale's Bitcoin fund. At the same time, the inflow of funds to other bitcoin-ETFs fell sharply, while a wide range of altcoins saw an inflow of investments, CoinShares noted.

#Crypto market capitalisation rose 3.3% in 24 hours to $2.22 trillion. Local capitalisation bottomed near $2.10 trillion, confirming a sequence of declining local lows (2.3 in March, 2.25 in April) and highs (2.76 in mid-March, 2.67 in early April and 2.46 in late April).

#Ethereum and #Solana are adding from the area of the April lows and forming a double bottom. This is a positive but not too reliable signal, as Bitcoin has been in a downtrend throughout April.

After the halving, it is logical to expect miners to increase sales from inventory, to invest in new capacity or to lock in profits. Also, the hype around spot Bitcoin ETFs is going away, which reinforces selling by speculators.

Assuming #Bitcoin stays within the global growth cycle starting in 2023, we should expect further price declines in the coming weeks. The nearest likely target looks to be the $51-52K area, where growth was paused in February and where the 200-day MA will be pulled up by the end of the month.

The #crypto market added 2.8% in the last 24 hours to a total cap of $2.34 trillion, returning to the levels of the start of the week. Bitcoin was up 2.7%, #Ethereum +1.8%, with #Solana (+7.3%) and #Toncoin (+13%) shining once again. The capitalisation of the latter ($23.7B) is approaching the level of #XRP ($28.6B). The gap is an impressive 20% but substantially narrowed over the last week as XRP lost 1% while Ton gained 28%.

#Bitcoin has made two attempts since the start of the day on Friday to break the $63.0K level, which doesn't look like a meaningful turning point. Much more interest is focused on the $64.0K area on the upside and $60.0K on the downside.

Trading volumes on crypto exchanges declined for the first time in seven months. According to CCData, the combined volume of spot and derivative cryptocurrency markets fell 43.8% to $6.58 trillion in April, following a record high of $9.12 trillion in March.

The #crypto market cooled off on Thursday afternoon, but on Friday morning, buyers stepped up again, bringing cap back to levels from the day before at $2.39 trillion. Strong growth was followed by rapid profit-taking, which is a necessary part of healthy growth, suggesting a high chance of continued gains in the coming days.

#Bitcoin was pulling back towards $65K on Thursday but is already trying to regain its footing above $66K on Friday morning. If cryptocurrencies get support from the global risk appetite on Friday, Bitcoin could exceed $70K over the weekend. A test of the $71K-$74K highs area, in our view, could happen as early as early next week, triggering a new episode of FOMO.

#Solana has been revived, adding over 10% in less than three days. On Thursday, the coin managed to break out of the $125-155 consolidation range. The day before, it consolidated above the 50-day moving average. Potentially, this opens the way to $200, and this is a case where altcoins are moving better than Bitcoin.
#Crypto market capitalisation rose 5.2% over the past seven days to $2.41 trillion. Over the weekend, it reached $2.44 trillion, its highest level in nearly four weeks.

#Bitcoin is treading near local highs, remaining just below $67K. That's a gain of 8.4% in seven days and a retest of the previous peak area in late April. Despite the burgeoning risk appetite in global markets, demand for Bitcoin, Ethereum and many altcoins is rather subdued. However, BTCUSD remains firmly above the 50-day moving average, indicating an upward trend.

Investors are more optimistic about #Solana, whose price rose to its highest since early April at $177 (+1.5% in 24h). It may well reach the March highs before Bitcoin, acting as a more sensitive indicator of risk appetite in cryptocurrencies.

The #crypto market is quiet, hovering around a total capitalisation of $2.6 trillion for the third day. Bitcoin has so far failed to gain a foothold above $70K, and this is curbing the enthusiasm. It is losing 0.3% in 24 hours against Ethereum's 0.6% rise.

The top altcoins have comparatively subdued and varied dynamics, with fluctuations between -2% for #Dogecoin, -1.5% for #Solana and a 1.5% rise for #Toncoin.

Technically, #Bitcoin remains near the upper boundary of the descending range. The round level of $70K is also quite important for the young crypto market. Going higher would break two barriers at once. Short-term growth momentum could quickly take the price to the highs at $73.5K.

A more distant and important target could be in the $95K-$100K area, where the lower boundary is the 161.8% level of the January-March rise and the upper boundary is an important round level.

The #crypto market has lost almost 5% over the past 7 days. It has not given up important support levels but also has no growth drivers. Bitcoin lost 4.7% over the week. Ethereum lost 3%, while the top altcoins' performance ranged between -7.7% (#Solana) and +11.7% (#Toncoin).

#Bitcoin has been trading close to $66K since Friday, hovering around the 50-day MA, testing the medium-term uptrend. The outcome of this test, as well as the market's direction in the short term, depends on risk appetite in global markets. It has waned due to fears over the French election and a series of weak data from the US and China in recent days.

#Ethereum, on optimistic expectations about the ETF, was able to add over 6% after briefly dipping under its 50-day MA on Friday. However, a loss of nearly 1.5% since the start of the day on Monday makes one wary of the near-term performance. The increased liquidity on weekdays will likely play into the hands of bears rather than bulls by increasing selling interest.
πŸ‘2
In 24 hours, the #crypto cap fell 2.2% to $2.36 trillion. Bitcoin’s relatively moderate 1% decline contrasts with a much deeper dive in altcoins. Ethereum fell 3.3%, Solana plunged 7.8%, and Dogecoin dropped 9.2%.

The main momentum came in early Asian trading, showing that the bears have the upper hand in crypto. This is somewhat surprising given the impressive rally in the US Indices.

#Bitcoin was down to $64.5K this morning, its lowest since 15 May. It has been declining for the past 12 days. It's also attempting to gain ground below the 50-day MA and the 76.4% retracement from the January-March rise.

#Solana has lost over 20% in 12 days of active declines, and the selling is picking up. At one point intraday on Tuesday, losses exceeded 11% but are down to 4.5% at the time of writing. The sell-off hunters came in buying on a touch of the 200-day MA. The latest slip may turn the market to the upside for the coming days, as it did in April at roughly these same levels.
πŸ‘1
The #crypto market added 1% in 24 hours to $2.4 trillion, supported by positive momentum in Bitcoin (+0.9%) and interest in Ethereum (+2%). Top altcoins are mostly adding except for falling Solana (-1.6%), but it too has been rising over the last hours. Toncoin is adding 4.9% over a day and 14% in 30 days, second only to Ethereum (+16%) in the top 20.

Technically, #Ethereum has already received its second support this month on the brief dip to the 50-day moving average. This looks like the market's commitment to the bullish trend that started last month. The news trigger for the rise was speculation about the likely start of trading in spot ETFs on the coin from July 2nd.

#Solana is probing support at the 200-day moving average. It managed to push back from this level to nearly $130. The focus now is on whether this rise will continue. This is the fourth time since March that the bulls have defended this area. But the very fact of constant returns to it speaks about the bears' persistence.
πŸ‘1
The pressure on the #crypto has been more sustained than on the stocks. Over the past 24 hours, the total crypto cap has fallen by 2.6%, with most of the downward momentum starting in the US session.

#Bitcoin retreated to $60.5K at the lows of the Asian session, partially recovering to $61K. However, it remains in a technical correction after the upward momentum. Only a drop below $58K will disrupt the bullish picture, breaking the concentrated support area in the form of the 61.8% level ($60.3K), the 200-day MA ($58.3K) and the previous low ($58.2K). In this case, be prepared for a drop to $51.0K with alarming consequences for the entire cryptocurrency market.

#Solana has been up over the last 24 hours but is down 3% since the start of the day on Wednesday, having found technical resistance in the form of its 50-day moving average. The fundamental picture is one of a worrying sell-off in the major cryptocurrencies despite the overall positivity in equities.

The #crypto market plunged 3.6% in 24 hours to $2.17 trillion, its lowest level since late February. A thinly liquid market added to the magnitude, sending Bitcoin briefly below $57.7K and #Ethereum to $3150. Top altcoins are losing from -0.7% (Tron) to -9% (Solana).

#Bitcoin has lost 9.5% in just over two days. The price touched a lower boundary of the descending channel and below the 200-day MA but has so far been able to bounce back above it, trying to stay within established patterns. However, this has not been entirely successful, as the price is already below the 61.8% retracement level and has updated the lows from early May. From the current position, a 12% drop to $51.5k (February consolidation area) is more likely than the same amount of growth to $65.8k (50-day MA).

#Solana underwent an intensified sell-off after touching the 50-day MA and is now testing support at the 200-day MA. As with Bitcoin, a break below would force the pair to target the late February lows as a potential next stop.
πŸ‘2❀1
According to the sentiment index, the #crypto market remains in fear. Still, market capitalisation rose for the second day in a row as lower prices attracted buyers. Cap rose 1.9% to $2.16 trillion, surpassing previous local highs, which is promising.

#Bitcoin gained 3.2% in 24h as it attempted to consolidate above the $59.0K level and the 200-day MA. These levels are above the local highs, and we have seen the sell-off intensify over the past four days. The next milestones on the way up are seen at $60K and then $63K. However, even after rising to $65.5K this month, bitcoin will remain within the descending channel.

#Solana received impressive buyer support at the beginning of the week when it touched the 200-day MA. This was an important signal that the balance of power was still with the bulls. However, it is too early for them to celebrate, as the crossing of the important curve is still small, and the 50-day MA is pointing down and above the priceβ€”a bearish signal.
πŸ‘1
The #crypto market cap fell 1% in 24 hours to $2.36 trillion. The pullback in traditional finances explains why Bitcoin is dragging the overall crypto down. Bitcoin is losing 1.3%, Ethereum 0.5%, and the top altcoins are changing between -4.7% (XRP) and 2.8% (Solana).

#Bitcoin continues to tread around $64K, clinging to the area above its 50-day MA. Consolidation after the rally in Bitcoin continues, with it technically far from overbought and sentiment far from euphoric, leaving room for gains.

Despite the unsightly external background, #Solana set a new local peak at $164, the highest in six weeks. The coin withstood repeated attempts to sell the price below the 200-day MA since the end of June. This support coincided with a 61.8% retracement of the rally from September to the March peak. The expansion pattern will activate if the price rises above $200, making the $320 area a potential target. It will take impressive FOMO and a successful Solana project effort to get the price there in the coming year.
❀1
#Crypto market lost 2% in 24 hours to $2.41 trillion. This tug-of-war between bulls and bears points to the importance of the current situation.

#Bitcoin remains within a broad downward range for now, pressured by news of a new series of BTC transfers to exchanges from Mt. Gox. The previous actions did not lead to an extreme sell-off but kept the price from rising. The big question is how deep buyers’ pockets will be, given recent reports from Bloomberg citing RSM Global that the UK may sell 61,245 BTC ($4B) confiscated in 2018. The constant overhang of selling forms a series of lower price peaks.

#Solana formed a peak above $180 earlier in the week, roughly reaching the levels of the May highs. In the short term, on a daily time frame, the RSI has moved out of the overbought territory, indicating the potential start of a correction. Looking at the medium-term outlook, Solana is behaving more confidently than many altcoins after strong support at 61.8% and the 200-day MA in June and July.
The #crypto market cap has returned to $2.49 trillion, adding 3.3% in the last 24 hours. At this stage, the top coins are the lifting force for the market, with BTCUSD up 3.1%, Ethereum up 4.4%, and Solana up 5.5%.

#Bitcoin's price has reached $69.5K, its highest since mid-June. The Bitcoin 2024 conference tipped the scales in favour of the bulls. The technical picture speaks in favour of further upside, as the latest spurt came after a local shakeout that removed overbought conditions and broke the resistance of the descending channel.

#Ethereum is gaining momentum after pushing back from its 200-day MA for the second time this month. On Monday, the coin is testing the 50-day MA, rising to $3380, the taking of which opens a fast route to $3500 and then $4000.

#Solana is making steady progress upwards, reaching $192, its highest since early April. This shows a stronger recovery compared to Bitcoin and the broader market, where capitalisation is lower than the peak in early June.
