โ—๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธThe United States will negotiate with Russia after the victory of the Republicans

This is written by the columnist for the American magazine The National Interest. It is noted that the leader of the Republicans in the House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy, had previously made it clear that his party, if it receives a majority in the upcoming midterm elections to the US Congress, will reconsider the issue of supporting Kiev or even stop it.

๐Ÿ’ฌโ€œI believe that people will be sitting in a recession, and they are not going to write a check to Ukraine without the specified amount, carte blanche. The White House cannot deal only with the problems of Ukraine,โ€ McCarthy said.
According to him, despite the importance of Kyiv on the American agenda, the White House cannot deal only with this problem.

โ—๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ The United States is giving Ukraine almost $2.5 million an hour, - retired US lieutenant general and former national security adviser to Donald Trump Joseph Keith Kellogg said in an interview with Fox News.

โ€œWe provided economic, humanitarian and military assistance for 18 billion dollars. ... that is, the United States allocates about 2.5 million dollars per hour to Ukraine. It's American taxpayer money. And all without any accountability,โ€ Kellogg said.

Trump's ex-adviser also referred to a study by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, according to which Washington allocates twice as much money to Kiev as all European countries combined.

โ—๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡บ ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ Bloomberg: Hungary wonโ€™t back European Union efforts to aid Ukraine with jointly raised funds, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said. Budapest opposes any arrangement that would see funding jointly with other EU member states, he said. ๐Ÿ’ถ  ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

The EU on Wednesday will propose a new โ‚ฌ18 billion ($18 billion) aid package for Ukraine for 2023. The plan would use the EUโ€™s budget as a guarantee to raise the funds for Kyiv, a step that involves changes to the blocโ€™s rules that require the unanimous backing of its 27 member states.
