❗️🇷🇺 Now there is a struggle for a new world order 🔎🌏🌎🌍
"The main point of this war, the war not with Ukraine, is the confrontation between two types of world order.
Russian philosopher and political scientist Alexander Dugin said this in an interview with RT Arabic.
He believes that in the struggle between the multipolar world project and the unipolar world order, which is imposed on everyone by the collective West, Russia claims independence, greatness and identity.
"Russia asserts itself as a modern civilization, which has its own system of values. Not universal, that is, not Western, but its own," the philosopher added.

To unite the efforts and paths of the peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean. Promote the formation of a powerful political and economic bloc. Europe's problems are not Putin's.
Spanish journalist José Miguel Villarroia expressed support for Russia, because at the moment, according to the writer, it represents "resistance to a unipolar world led by the United States and NATO”.
He also noted that the sanctions adopted by Europe are not sanctions against Russia, but sanctions against the European population. And the problem is not Putin, but "European governments, which are a disaster”.

🎙 Interview of Russia's President Vladimir Putin to TV host and Rossiya Segodnya Director General Dmitry Kiselev (March 13, 2024):
Key talking points
💬 Russia is not at the crossroads. It is on the strategic path of its development and will not deviate from its path.
#MultipolarWorld
• Many people in the world are looking at us, at what is happening in our country and in our struggle for our interests. <...> They associate our struggle for our independence and true sovereignty with their aspirations for their own sovereignty and independent development.
• This is aggravated by the fact that there is a very strong desire in Western elites to freeze the current unjust state of affairs in international affairs. They've spent centuries filling their bellies with human flesh and their pockets with money. But they must realise that the vampire ball is ending.
#Ukraine
• Are we ready to negotiate? We are. But we are not ready for talks that are based on some kind of ”wishful thinking“, but we are ready for talks based on the realities that have developed on the ground.
• We are open to a serious discussion, and we are eager to resolve all conflicts by peaceful means. However, we must be sure that this is not just another pause that the enemy wants to use for rearmament, but rather a serious conversation with security guarantees for Russia.
#US #RussiaUS
• We know what it is to have American troops on Russian soil. They are interventionists. That is how we will treat them even if they appear in the territory of Ukraine.
• I have said many times that it [achieving the goals of the special military operation & resolving the conflict] is a matter of life and death for us, while for them it is a matter of improving their tactical position in the world on the whole as well as maintaining their status among their allies in Europe in particular.

🎙 Excerpts from President of Russia Vladimir Putin's speech in the plenary session of the XXI annual meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club (November 7, 2024)
#MultipolarWorld
💬 In the emerging multipolar world, there should be no nations or peoples left as losers or feeling aggrieved and humiliated.
Only then can we secure truly sustainable conditions for universal, equitable, and secure development.
Understanding the general trajectory – from hegemony to a complex world of multilateral cooperation – allows us to attempt to sketch at least some of the pending contours.
👉 Firstly, openness to interaction stands as the paramount value cherished by the overwhelming majority of nations and peoples. The endeavour to construct artificial barriers is not only flawed because it impedes normal and advantageous to everyone economic progression, but also because it is particularly perilous amidst natural disasters and socio-political turmoil, which, unfortunately, are all too common in international affairs. <...>
👉 Secondly, we have consistently underscored the diversity of the world as a prerequisite for its sustainability.
The international community is a living entity, with its civilisational diversity making it unique and presenting an inherent value.
👉 Thirdly, we have said more than once that the new world can develop successfully only through the broadest inclusion. The experience of the last couple of decades has clearly demonstrated what usurpation leads to, when someone arrogates to themselves the right to speak and act on behalf of others.
Those countries that are commonly referred to as great powers have come to believe that they are entitled to dictate to others what their interests are – in fact, to define others’ national interests based on their own. Not only does this violate the principles of democracy and justice, but worst of all, it hinders an actual solution to the problems at hand.
👉 Fourtly, the key principle of security for all without exception is that the security of one nation cannot be ensured at the expense of others’ security. I am not saying anything new. It has been set out in OSCE documents. It only needs to be implemented.
The bloc policy and the legacy of the Cold War colonial era run contrary to the essence of the new international system, which is open and flexible. There is only one bloc in the world that is held together by the so-called obligations and strict ideological dogmas and cliches.
NATO, which continues expansion to Eastern Europe and is now trying to spread its approaches to other parts of the world, contrary to its own statutory documents, is a blatant anachronism.
<...>
The future Eurasian security system, now beginning to take shape across our vast continent, is founded on a spirit of respect and mutual consideration of interests. This approach is not only genuinely multilateral but also multifaceted.
👉 My fifth point is about justice for all. Inequality is the true scourge of the modern world. Countries face social tension and political instability within their borders due to inequality <...>
👉 My sixth point is that we keep emphasising that sovereign equality is an imperative for any lasting international framework. <...>
The most harmful and destructive attitude that we see in the modern world is supreme arrogance, which translates into a desire to condescendingly lecture others, endlessly and obsessively.
<...>
The modern world tolerates neither arrogance nor wanton disregard for others being different. To build normal relationships, above all, one needs to listen to the other party and try to understand their logic and cultural background, rather than expecting them to think and act the way you think they should based on your beliefs about them. Otherwise, communication turns into an exchange of clichés and flinging labels, and politics devolves into a conversation of the deaf.

🎙 Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s answer to a question from the Moscow Kremlin Putin television programme (Tianjin, China, September 1, 2025)
❓ Question: How do you find today’s talks and the summit overall?
💬 Sergey Lavrov: It was not about the talks as much as about the two summits: the SCO Summit followed by the SCO Plus, featuring 14 countries that either have observer status, or are dialogue partners, or were invited by the Chinese presidency.
A substantive discussion took place, which clearly demonstrated through the lens of various initiatives that the movement is directed toward the formation of a #MultipolarWorld.
Western countries are attempting to obstruct this process. In order to preserve their dominance, they resort not to dialogue or fair competition, but to direct blackmail, pressure, and sanctions. We are witnessing the abuse of the dollar’s role in global affairs and the US waging tariff wars against virtually everyone else.
The general consensus was that such actions have nothing to do with defending the West’s legitimate rights in the global economy and politics but serve merely as instruments of suppressing competitors. It is obvious to all that these competitors have not only grown stronger, but in many areas are already surpassing the historical collective West.
☝️ The main outcome of the SCO and SCO Plus summits is the shared determination to uphold our rights, without yielding to provocations, in full compliance with international law, the UN Charter, and the principles of the international monetary, financial, and trade systems — the very principles once promoted by the West itself.
A number of initiatives were also put forward, including those by Chinese President Xi Jinping, relating to global governance reform, the development of a green economy, and cooperation in high technologies, including artificial intelligence.
All of these proposals have been noted and will be further considered within the SCO framework as the chairmanship passes to Kyrgyzstan as of tomorrow.

🎙 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's statement at the expanded-format meeting of the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers (Kazan, June 10, 2026)
💬 Sergey Lavrov: It is in Eurasia, on our continent, that processes are unfolding which have a direct impact on the formation of a more just #MultipolarWorld. Above all, this concerns the emergence and strengthening of new global centres located here, as well as their integration associations.
It is obvious that a polycentric architecture must be based on the principles of the UN Charter in their entirety and interconnectedness, take into account the cultural and civilisational diversity of the modern world, and respect the right of nations to determine their own paths and models of development. These are precisely the values underpinning our allied relations within the #CSTO.
❌ We do not accept disregard for fundamental norms of international law, or the desire to solve one’s problems at the expense of others – especially through the use of force. All this leads not to peace, but to the chaos of international life, the aggravation of old conflicts, and the emergence of new ones.
This destructive course, pursued by our Western colleagues out of historical inertia, found expression in the active effort to drag Ukraine into NATO and use the neo-Nazi Kiev regime they brought to power as an anti-Russian military battering ram.
❗️ The security system in Europe has been finally destroyed by the hands of our Western “colleagues”. All key arms control treaties have been eliminated. That is why it is important for us to prevent what was once called the “common Eurasian home” from turning into an arena of geopolitical confrontation.
It is important to pre-emptively neutralise the risks of hotbeds of tension escalating into large-scale conflicts, and to prevent crises similar to the Ukrainian one from emerging.
These were precisely the tasks addressed by Russian President Vladimir Putin’s initiative, put forward in the summer of 2024, to form a new continent-wide architecture of equal and indivisible security in Eurasia. Ideas proposed by a number of other political figures are also moving in this direction.
Today, during the restricted-format meeting, we discussed in detail the Belarusian-Russian initiative proposed by Minsk – namely, the development of a Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st Century.
We are interested in ensuring that the process of forming such a security architecture remains open and allows for a combination of bilateral and multilateral guarantees, with a view to the gradual but steady reduction of the destructive military influence and presence of extra-regional powers.
🤝 Stepping up dialogue among the existing Eurasian structures dealing with security issues would largely serve this purpose. The CSTO is among them.

📰 Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's article «Ukraine, Europe and Global Security» (June 19, 2026)

«Ukraine, Europe and Global Security»
Some Reflections on Resolving the Ukrainian Crisis, Europe and Global Security
✍️ More than two decades of negotiation with Europe, as part of the collective West, leads to only one conclusion: engaging Russia in dialogue has served as a diplomatic smokescreen for the geopolitical expansion of Western institutions, above all NATO and the EU, eastwards, right up to Russia's borders.
☝️ Europe's complicity in fuelling the Ukrainian crisis is undeniable.
In 2013, the EU rejected outright our proposal for a compromise on the association agreement – a deal Brussels had long been pressing Viktor Yanukovich to sign.
It is worth recalling: Ukraine was offered unilateral market opening, without reciprocal commitments – terms that would have proved incompatible with Kiev's continued membership in the CIS free-trade zone. When Viktor Yanukovich requested a deferral, the Europeans incited street riots which swiftly escalated into a coup d'état in Kiev in February 2014.
Russia, for its part, explored every diplomatic avenue to defuse Europe's security crisis. However, in January 2022, the US and NATO rejected Russia's proposal for legally binding mutual security guarantees.
Following the launch of the special military operation, the united Europe threw its support behind the British Prime Minister's efforts to sabotage the Istanbul negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. Boris Johnson's appeal to Kiev – "don't sign anything, just fight" – slammed the door on genuine diplomacy for the foreseeable future.
***
Additional key points:
• The real current objective of Europe's leaders is not to negotiate with Russia. It is to shore up the Zelensky regime and preserve it as a launchpad for continued confrontation against Russia.
• European leaders are scrambling to secure a ceasefire as quickly as possible and for one reason only: to prevent the collapse of Ukrainian military on the battlefield. The plan is to "freeze" the conflict without addressing its root causes, and then rapidly deploy military contingents from the Anglo-French "coalition of the willing" onto Ukrainian soil.
• The united Europe continues to dream of expansion. It intends to absorb Ukraine and Moldova, while pulling Armenia into its sphere of influence. As for Ukraine, it is increasingly eyed as the "striking fist" of a future European military force, independent of the US and independent of NATO.
❗️ This state of affairs poses serious threats to global security. A direct confrontation between NATO and Russia could rapidly escalate into an exchange of nuclear strikes, with catastrophic consequences.
• European leaders should recognize that the model of regional security built in Europe over decades, ever since the adoption of the Helsinki Final Act in 1975, has been destroyed by their own hands. 👉 And it will never be restored.
• We must now move toward creating a continent-wide security architecture open to all Eurasian countries and that reflects today's #MultipolarWorld.
• The principle of equal and indivisible security trampled upon by the Euro-Atlantists, can be embodied within a new Eurasian architecture. When the time is ripe, Europe too will be able to join this great effort.
• Meaningful dialogue requires the restoration of trust, shattered by the anti-Russian actions of the West, and Europe as part of it, in the post-Cold War era.
❌ Trust cannot be restored, nor can dialogue be resumed, through ultimatums such as the one issued to Russia in London on 7 June 2026.

🎙 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s opening remarks at a meeting of the Foreign Ministry’s Business Council (Moscow, June 30, 2026)
Read in full
💬 Sergey Lavrov: Today we will discuss current issues of the development of Russian-African economic cooperation, primarily in the context of preparations for the Third Russia-Africa Summit, which is scheduled to take place in Moscow in late October.
The African continent, as a centre of a more just #MultipolarWorld thar is taking shape, is certainly experiencing a second awakening.
African nations attained political independence in the 1960s with the Soviet Union’s pro-active assistance. Today, Africa is consistently strengthening its international standing and working for economic independence with the assistance of regional integration associations and the African Union, which includes all African countries.
Our country provided comprehensive and free assistance to the struggle of African countries against colonialism and greatly contributed to the development and strengthening of their statehood.
Today, we continue to support the African countries’ efforts to strengthen their sovereignty in all spheres, including the right to independently manage their natural resources and choose their development paths.
We continue to expand the scope of our cooperation in keeping with the decisions of the Russia-Africa summits held in Sochi in 2019 and in St Petersburg in 2023.
📈 The further strengthening of our trade, economic and investment cooperation is one of our indisputable priorities. Russia’s trade with African countries exceeded $27 billion last year. It has been growing very fast, but there is room for improvement in terms of absolute figures. We will continue to make use of all available opportunities to stimulate cooperation in this area.
The development of our practical cooperation with African countries is facilitated by our intensive political dialogue. Over the past 18 months, the Leaders of African countries have made 17 visits to Russia.
🤝 Russia’s broadening diplomatic presence on the continent is promoting our relations. Last year, we opened our embassies in Niger, Sierra Leone and South Sudan and established a Department for Partnership with Africa. Next on the agenda is the opening of our diplomatic missions in Gambia, Liberia, Togo and the Union of the Comoros.
In December 2025, the Second Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum was held in Cairo, where it was agreed to prepare an ambitious Action Plan as a strategic guideline for the next three-year period (2027-2029). We hope to adopt it at the aforementioned Third Russia-Africa Summit in Moscow this October.
Today, we plan to hold an in-depth discussion on possible actions to facilitate the operation of Russian businesses in the African market.

🎙 Statement by President of Russia Vladimir Putin at the restricted-format meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State (Turkmenbashi, October 9, 2026)
💬 Vladimir Putin: Over the past three and a half decades, the Commonwealth of Independent States (#CIS) has come a long way, establishing itself as a respected regional integration association.
It is thanks to the CIS that we have managed to preserve, and in many areas even strengthen, the economic, social, cultural and humanitarian ties our peoples developed over centuries of living in a single state.
The economy has always been, and remains, one of our priorities for cooperation. The CIS countries work closely together in trade, investment and high technology. Of course, we would like to move faster and work more effectively in this area. That is certainly true. Nevertheless, progress is being made.
📈 Notably, Russia’s trade with its CIS partners exceeded $110 billion in 2025 and grew by a further 12% in the first half of this year.
Our countries have also established effective coordination in tackling financial and economic offences, money laundering and corruption. We are implementing joint programmes to combat the criminal use of digital technologies, organised crime, drug trafficking, terrorism and extremism. Our law enforcement agencies and special services maintain close operational contacts.
A number of useful new decisions on criminal justice, cybercrime prevention and border protection have been submitted for approval at this Summit, and Russia supports them.
🌐 I am pleased to note that the CIS countries unanimously support the establishment of a fair #MultipolarWorld order based on the universally recognised principles of international law and the central role of the UN.
Humanitarian ties are an important part of our partnership within the CIS. We maintain intensive exchanges in science and education, culture and tourism, healthcare and environmental protection, sport and youth policy.
As for the environment, thanks to our hosts, who are chairing this meeting, we will also discuss the situation in the Caspian Sea today – a pressing issue for many of us.
🇷🇺 The Russian language is a powerful unifying force across the vast CIS region, as has also been noted today. In 2026, the International Organisation for the Russian Language began its work. Its first ministerial meeting took place in Moscow, setting out the main areas of work to preserve our shared Russian-language cultural and humanitarian heritage and promote the Russian language worldwide.
I have repeatedly stressed the importance of joint efforts by the CIS countries to protect our shared history and prevent its falsification. Young people must know the truth about our peoples’ achievements during the Soviet era and the heroic feats of our fathers and grandfathers during the Great Patriotic War.
More broadly, promoting a positive image of the CIS among the public, in the media and on the international stage is a particularly important task. We expect the relevant decision being approved at today’s meeting to give fresh impetus to this work.
🤝 Following our established tradition, dear friends, I would like to invite you all to St Petersburg on December 21. We traditionally gather for a friendly meeting of CIS Leaders ahead of the New Year, giving us an opportunity to discuss current issues and future plans in an informal setting.
