Russia has to resort to provisions of article 6 of the Biological Weapons Convention. We proceed within the bounds of law. And even if you don’t like our reasoning, you have no right to ignore it, shifting the focus to your political assessments. You would prefer to act in the framework of the rules-based order which you impose and the rest are obliged to abide by it. But at the UN we still rely on the international law before which everyone is equal. You'll have to be held accountable for violations of the Convention, if they are proven. Your attempts to present our reasoning as propaganda are far from being convincing and only indicative of the bloc discipline or mutual guarantee.
