Full Stack Developer (Laravel & React)
Company: Rocheta Co
Location: On Site - Damascus
Work Time: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development (Laravel):
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
Write clean, secure, and well-documented code.
Integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
Utilize tools like Filament and Laravel Actions for managing admin panels and executing operations.

Frontend Development (React):
Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide array of devices and browsers.
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as a full stack developer for at least 2 years.
Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Frontend: React.js, Next.js (TailwindCSS, ShadCN UI, etc.)

Strong testing experience (Jest, PHPUnit, Postman, etc.)

✅ Professional Engineering Skills

Writing and maintaining unit/integration tests

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

Familiar with Git workflows, RESTful APIs, secure coding practices, and performance optimization

💼 What We Offer
🧪 1 - 3 Months Test Phase: Paid: $250/month


💵 If Accepted:

Salary: $500 – $800/month, depending on experience

Full-time in-office (Damascus)

Remote during test phase only
