The European digital rights organisation NOYB (None Of Your Business) has filed a complaint against Mozilla (Firefox browser) with the Austrian data protection authority. The complaint alleges that the Privacy-Preserving Attribution feature in Firefox (which is enabled without users' consent) is used to track people's online behaviour.
The NOYB complaint alleges that Mozilla is using the Privacy-Preserving Attribution PPA for the opposite purpose, namely to track the behaviour of Firefox users on various websites.
