International Peace Coalition Meeting No. 146

March 21, 2026 (EIRNS)—Helga Zepp-LaRouche, the founder of the Schiller Institute and initiator of the International Peace Coalition (IPC ), started the 146th consecutive Friday weekly meeting of the IPC on March 20 by challenging the audience to help stop the dangerous, “breakneck speed” of a spiral into the Iran War, chaos, and the very real potential for nuclear war. Following Israel’s bombing of the South Pars off-shore natural gas field in the Persian Gulf which Iran shares with Qatar, Iran is retaliating in the war by attacking oil and gas facilities of neighboring Gulf states hosting U.S. military bases. This is contributing to the oil price shock that could seriously risk a blowout of the world financial system. The United States is moving ground troops into the region which could target disputed islands off the coast of Iran and the United Arab Emirates. Saudi Arabia is threatening to join the war, but the three main actors have incompatible goals—the United States wants regime change, Israel wants total destruction of Iran, and Iran insists that the United States must leave the region and pay reparations for the damage from the war and many years of destructive sanctions. Zepp-LaRouche saw hope in the recent call by Foreign Minister of Oman Badr Albusaidi—who was in the midst of mediating U.S.-Iranian negotiations when the United States and Israel launched their “unlawful military strike” against Iran—for a meeting of all countries in the region to move towards a regional non-aggression treaty, pivoted on an agreement on developing nuclear energy, as a pathway out of the ongoing unwinnable war. China’s special envoy for Middle East affairs Zhai Jun is in the region and has been promoting a quick end to the fighting and economic development.
In Europe, Zepp-LaRouche noted the reluctance of Europeans to join the war. Europe has offered to send warships to the Strait of Hormuz, but only after the fighting ends. She also noted that Iran’s Ambassador to Germany Majid Nili Ahmadabadi has been asking about the role of the United States at the Ramstein Air Base, suggesting that Germany is complicit in the war. She spoke of Prime Minister of Japan Sanae Takaichi visiting the White House on March 19 and being subjected to a cruel joke about Pearl Harbor, when a reporter asked President Trump why the United States did not give Japan advanced warning about their intent to start the war against Iran.

Zepp-LaRouche noted that the former head of the U.S. National Counterterrorism Center, Joseph Kent, has said that the FBI has blocked investigations into the shooting death of prominent conservative activist Charlie Kirk, and the July 2024 assassination attempt against President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania. Kent has warned that there may be live, ongoing assassination plans against the President. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has warned that the U.S. effort to militarize and control space is a dangerous escalation. She noted that all of these events could easily go out of control, and stressed the need for negotiations, development, and a dialogue of civilizations. She also noted that Pope Leo XIV is an American and in a unique position to bring other religious leaders together to prevent a descent into barbarism.

The next speaker was Josephine Guilbeau, a 17-year U.S. Army veteran from U.S. Cyber Command and now active with the Eisenhower Media Network. Guilbeau spoke of her attendance at the Catholics For Catholics 3rd annual Catholic Prayer for America event in Washington, D.C. on March 19, where Joseph Kent spoke and received multiple standing ovations. She stressed that the USS Tripoli, with over 2,000 Marines, is just five days away from entering the theater of war, and that Americans must act now to avoid another ground war [...]

with no “off ramp.” Guilbeau called on Americans to contact their congressional representatives and send letters to the editors of major newspapers to stop the war, saying that we cannot allow Israel to drag us into another bloodbath. Zepp-LaRouche responded by stressing the importance of mobilizing other Catholics around the world to unite in opposition to the war. Guilbeau announced the Eisenhower Media Network sponsored March 26 press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., which will expose how, as in the Iraq war, contradictory or even non-existent intelligence has been used to dupe a U.S. President into the war on Iran.

Speaking next was Bassam El Hachem, a sociologist and professor at the University of Lebanon, who spoke of the delusion dominating the Trump administration that the war against Iran could be won in four or five days through decapitation. He said that this “adventure” was a failure, and it is now Iran which holds all of the cards. Iran has knocked-out the major U.S. radar systems in the region, forced the two U.S. aircraft carriers to pull back, and it controls the flow of 20% of world oil exports. Without its sophisticated radar, the United States is blind and Iran’s missiles have inflicted damage. President Trump has demanded that his “allies”—the same ones he has threatened with draconian tariffs—help him restore oil and gas shipments through the Strait of Hormuz, to little effect.

Professor El Hachem noted that at the end of 2024 Israel and Lebanon negotiated an end to the fighting, Hezbollah honored the agreement, but Israel did not: It acted unilaterally to continue the killing. The United States was negotiating with Iran, but in the middle of the negotiations the U.S. acted unilaterally and started the war. He said that there has been a media blackout, but the U.S. makes sure that Lebanon is weak, which means that Hezbollah is the only local force which can respond to this fighting.

The professor continued that for three days Israel has been preparing for a ground invasion of Lebanon, giving Hezbollah no choice but to fight. France has worked to negotiate an end to this fighting, but the professor does not expect this to work.

The final invited speaker was Diane Sare, an independent candidate for U.S. President, who asked if it were possible to end these wars without changing America? She said that only Congress can declare war, but this Congress embarrassed itself by abdicating its responsibilities, allowing the war to begin.

Sare called on whistleblowers and independent-minded candidates to unite to break the brainwashing by the billionaire elite which wants to dumb-down the population to eliminate optimism. Sare said that the peace movement must fight for economic development, eradicate poverty, provide clean drinking water for the world, and build nuclear power for a growing world. This peace movement must act as one humanity and promote a dialogue of civilizations.

A short video interview was shown of Chandra Muzaffar, a prominent Malaysian human rights activist, author, and president of the International Movement for a Just World (JUST), who has called to end all hegemony. He suggested the importance of mobilizing individuals of faith, such as Mahatma Gandhi or Lyndon LaRouche—instead of appealing to religious institutions. Gandhi and LaRouche were people of faith, even though they did not always fit in with the rituals of institutional religious structures, both challenged us with what gives meaning to our lives or what we should do with our lives. Muzaffar said that in a time of crisis, this is the spiritual perspective that we need.

Zepp-LaRouche responded saying the elites are willing to waste precious lives as collateral damage. President Trump has said that he can do with Cuba whatever he wants. She said that we are already in a “Dark Age,” but she is worried that we are sliding into barbarism. She repeated her husband’s frequent question: Do we have the moral fitness to survive? Can we work for t[...]

he benefit of others? Can we have a dialogue of civilizations? History has shown that arrogance has always led to destruction and we will not survive an Armageddon.

Sare added that people are naturally good and that we can see signs of resistance to this barbarism. Schools are prohibiting smartphones in classrooms, and promoting more reading instead of more screen time. Professor El Hachem added that students of all faiths are acting to stop the war, and he said that it is critical that “we must give young people hope.”

During the question period Sare warned of the danger of false flag provocations to expand the war. She said that President Trump has retreated in Yemen and Minneapolis while declaring defeats to be victories, and that she would be happy if he does the same thing in the Iran War.

A short video was played of former CIA analyst Larry Johnson arguing that nuclear weapons did not end World War II and they will not end the current conflicts. Zepp-LaRouche warned that wars never go as planned and warned of the danger of the unpayable $2.4 quadrillion financial derivatives bubble. She said the only way out of these problems is economic development, but the United States insists on dominating the world despite the fact that it represents only a small fraction of the world’s population. The Global South represents 90% of the world and it demands equality and will not accept an inferior position. Zepp-LaRouche added that Gulf states have shown what is possible in the middle of the desert, but instead of more luxury hotels, these nations must unite around an Oasis Plan development strategy. She said that China developed two of its poor desert areas, each the size of Germany in its northern and western regions—and turned them into lush gardens. There is no need for death and misery anywhere in the world.

Zepp-LaRouche said that the “American System” of economics demonstrates that credit for production always produces more value than the sum of the individual investments. China’s most favorite economist is Friedrich List, who promoted this same system. This “American System” was opposed to the British model of merely extracting value from trade. She called on the United States to return to its mission of being a “Beacon of Hope” for the world again, and that America should not go abroad “in search of monsters to destroy,” as called for by John Quincy Adams.

Riprendere l’iniziativa dell’iraniano Khatami

Durante la riunione settimanale del 13 marzo della Coalizione Internazionale per la Pace (CIP/IPC), co-fondata dallo Schiller Institute, Helga Zepp-LaRouche (foto) ha suggerito che questo potrebbe essere il momento giusto per riprendere la proposta di un “dialogo tra le civiltà” avanzata per la prima volta dall’ex presidente iraniano Mohammad Khatami per contrastare la diffusa teoria dello “scontro di civiltà”. Nel 1998, su suo suggerimento, le Nazioni Unite proclamarono che il 2001 sarebbe stato, appunto, l’“anno del dialogo tra le civiltà”. Poi, nel settembre 2001, mentre le macerie delle Torri Gemelle ancora fumavano e la logica dello scontro stava impadronendosi della politica americana, Khatami intervenne davanti a una conferenza dell’ONU e sostenne qualcosa di diverso dalla logica dominante. Quel momento, disse, non richiedeva la “glorificazione della forza”, ma qualcosa di più difficile: la rinuncia alla volontà di potere, a favore dell’“empatia e della compassione”. Credere nel dialogo, sostenne, getta le basi per la speranza “di vivere in un mondo permeato da virtù, umiltà e amore, e non solo dal regno degli indici economici e delle armi distruttive. Se lo spirito del dialogo prevarrà, prevarranno l’umanità, la cultura e la civiltà”.
Quella strada non è stata presa. Oggi, 25 anni dopo, suo figlio Emad – figura di spicco nel partito riformista del padre – scrive che la guerra attuale sta ottenendo esattamente l’opposto dell’obiettivo dichiarato: sta consolidando gli integralisti a Teheran, che sfruttano il mito del martirio all’interno delle reti legate al Corpo delle Guardie Rivoluzionarie Islamiche (IRGC) e chiudendo lo spazio politico che i riformisti come suo padre hanno cercato di aprire per tutta la loro carriera. I bombardamenti non stanno liberando l’Iran, afferma in un articolo su Responsible Statecraft, ma stanno rafforzando le forze che hanno sempre sostenuto che l’Occidente non capisce altro che la forza.
Durante la riunione dell’IPC sopracitata, si è svolto uno straordinario scambio di opinioni tra i relatori: l’ambasciatore iraniano in Messico, Abolfazl Pasandideh, l’ex presidente della Guyana Donald Ramotar e gli attivisti cattolici statunitensi padre Harry Bury e Jack Gilroy. Di fronte a “una delle guerre più irrazionali della storia contemporanea”, l’ambasciatore Pasandideh ha invitato scienziati, pensatori e intellettuali di mentalità libera “a diventare più attivi e a liberare il regno del pensiero dal monopolio del razzismo e del radicalismo. Gli strumenti dei pensatori e degli intellettuali sono la penna e la parola. Con la penna e la parola è anche possibile neutralizzare gli effetti delle armi”.
L’ambasciatore ha denunciato i gruppi estremisti che uccidono in nome della religione, anche in nome dell’Islam, sottolineando che lo spirito dell’Islam è “una religione di amicizia e pace, come lo spirito dei cattolici e dei cristiani”, espresso in modo così bello e umile da padre Bury.
Si è trattato di un dialogo che ha superato i confini nazionali, culturali e religiosi, del tipo che, se fosse la modalità prevalente delle relazioni internazionali piuttosto che l’eccezione, significherebbe la fine della guerra.

The world whipsawed again on Monday March 23 as President Trump surprised the world by announcing a halt on U.S. strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure. The U.S. and Iran “have had, over the last two days, very good and productive conversations regarding a complete and total resolution of our hostilities in the Middle East,” Trump wrote on Truth Social in all caps, adding that he had postponed strikes on Iran’s infrastructure for a five day period. Oil prices fell and stocks surged at the news.

Iran, however, denied the allegations, with Iran’s Foreign Ministry stating that “no talks are taking place between Tehran and Washington.” It added that Trump’s remarks were “part of efforts to manage energy prices and buy time for the implementation of his military plans.” When asked about this, Trump simply suggested that “perhaps that hasn’t been conveyed” because of how badly their country has been destroyed.

There are claims flying in every direction, with very little confirmed as to what, if any, diplomatic process is actually underway, or whether the whole thing is simply an inelegant way for Trump to throw his hands up and walk away. While this is a welcome reprieve in a situation that was quickly headed toward disaster, including possibly nuclear war, at best it is only a pause in a far uglier policy that is still very much alive.

The real issue was laid out by American statesman Lyndon LaRouche 20 years ago, in an article titled “Strictly Speaking, There Is No Iran Crisis.” In it, he said that the push for a regime-change war against Iran was “a continuation of the evolution of what became known as Britain’s Sykes-Picot gambits.” LaRouche continued: “That is to emphasize that the targets of ‘The Crisis on the Global Chessboard’ include Russia and China, Russia more immediately. However, the more immediate phase of the British-led game in progress, is the promotion of British Arab Bureau veteran Bernard Lewis’s revival of the global anti-Islam strategy which had been the basis for the creation and perpetuation of that medieval imperialist alliance of the Venetian financier-oligarchy and Norman chivalry, known as ‘The Crusades.’ What is in progress, currently centered in [then-British Prime Minister Tony] Blair’s and Jack Straw’s Liberal Imperialist London, is the creation of that permanent state of warfare and revolution intended to be the organizing principle of a new form of global imperialism, a form currently labeled ‘globalization.’ A global, perpetual religious war against Islam, is the British imperial policy adopted currently, for this purpose, by the Blair allies associated with the U.S. Bush-Cheney regime.”

Replace George Bush and Dick Cheney with Trump’s new brand of Silicon Valley neocons and Prosperity Gospel crusaders, as well as the ongoing role of Tony Blair in the Middle East, and the situation is clear. Add in the growing role of Palantir, which epitomizes the way this “permanent state of warfare” was necessary to implement “a new form of global imperialism,” as it simultaneously establishes both global surveillance platforms and increasingly lethal (and financially profitable) military techniques—all under the rubric of defending “our way of life” from our “adversaries.”

athomable level of danger, the world is perched at an absolutely unique inflection point. Nothing can “go back to normal” after this conflict is over, as is also the case after the genocide in Gaza. The world has fundamentally changed, and the moral bankruptcy of the West has been irreversibly exposed for the world to see. If growing parts of the world were not already looking for the exit from this imperialistic nightmare, you can be sure they are now. The question remains: What will replace it? Can mankind actually organize itself into a new system which doesn’t ultimately lead to a war of each against all?

There is a flurry of diplomatic activity underway throughout Southwest and South Asia, with significant nations, such as Turkiye, Egypt, and Pakistan, playing new roles in reining in this crisis by the hands of the Americans and Israelis. The recent proposal by Oman’s Foreign Minister to establish a regional framework for the transparent use of nuclear energy, is also an indication of how this region could begin to break free from the British Empire’s matrix of permanent war and geopolitics.

Speaking to associates on March 23, Helga Zepp-LaRouche summed up the opportunity before us in the following way: “I think it is really up to us to say that this present course of events, even if this goes back and forth by the day, it has to be taken off the table entirely, and it has to be replaced … with the idea of a total change in the direction of the Oasis Plan, and an Oasis Plan being expanded to the entire region, from India to the Mediterranean, from the Caucasus to the Gulf. Because this region includes many countries that have been victimized by the interventionist wars in the last decades, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, Palestine, and the West Bank. The entire region is now in shambles, given the fact that the business model of the Gulf states, being on the one side extremely wealthy from their oil income, but having no in-depth state. Their populations are very small, all the work is being done by guest workers, and being protected by the U.S. military bases. This business model is now in shambles, and therefore it would be in the vested interest of these Gulf states to use the money of their sovereign wealth funds to invest in regional infrastructure programs … desalination of large amounts of ocean water, [building] canals and systems of irrigation—creating a greening of the desert like China has done in the case of Xinjiang and in the northeast, where they greened a desert the size of the territory of Germany, where now there are forests and farmland and orchards and tourism, and people have become wealthy rather than being dirt poor.

“So that approach has to be put on the table…. And if all relevant forces would work together, the Sunnis and the Shi’ites cooperating, rather than being played according to colonial scripts since Sykes-Picot and earlier, creating a clash of civilization, they should unite and go for peaceful development. That is our unified approach, and the United States should be convinced that that is in the best interest of the United States as well.”

Più che mai, l’Asia sud-occidentale ha bisogno di un Piano Oasi

Il 23 marzo, Donald Trump ha ancora una volta sorpreso il mondo annunciando una sospensione degli attacchi alle infrastrutture energetiche iraniane. Tra Stati Uniti e Iran “ci sono stati, negli ultimi due giorni, colloqui molto positivi e produttivi riguardo a una risoluzione completa e totale delle nostre ostilità in Medio Oriente”, ha scritto su Truth Social, aggiungendo che gli attacchi alle infrastrutture iraniane erano stati rinviati per un periodo di cinque giorni. Alla notizia, i prezzi del petrolio sono scesi e le borse sono salite.
La leadership iraniana, tuttavia, ha smentito tali dichiarazioni: il Ministero degli Esteri ha dichiarato che “non sono in corso colloqui tra Teheran e Washington” e che le parole del presidente statunitense fanno “parte di sforzi per gestire i prezzi dell’energia e guadagnare tempo per l’attuazione dei piani militari”.
Le dichiarazioni si susseguono, ma pochissime sono le conferme su quale processo diplomatico, semmai ne esista uno, sia effettivamente in corso, o se l’ultimo annuncio sia semplicemente un modo per Trump di alzare le mani e tirarsi indietro. Sebbene si tratti di una tregua gradita in una situazione che stava rapidamente andando verso il disastro, incluso un possibile conflitto nucleare, essa rappresenta per ora solo una pausa nella ben più inquietante politica imperiale anglo-americana, sostenuta da una nuova generazione di neoconservatori della Silicon Valley ed esperti di intelligenza artificiale, come Palantir (cfr. sotto).
Eppure, nonostante i pericoli, il mondo si trova ora in un punto di svolta. Nulla potrà “tornare alla normalità” dopo la fine di questo conflitto e dopo il genocidio commesso a Gaza. Il passaggio a un nuovo paradigma nelle relazioni internazionali, già promosso dal gruppo BRICS allargato, dall’Iniziativa Belt and Road della Cina e da altre organizzazioni che rappresentano la Maggioranza Globale, sarà ora ulteriormente rafforzato, nonostante le battute d’arresto che il vecchio “ordine basato sulle regole” potrebbe ancora infliggere.

Liberarsi dalla geopolitica
Un’intensa attività diplomatica è attualmente in corso in tutta l’Asia sud-occidentale e meridionale, con importanti Paesi — inclusi quelli del Golfo — costretti a ripensare le proprie “alleanze” con gli Stati Uniti. L’inviato speciale della Cina per il Medio Oriente, Zhai Jun, ha avuto “scambi approfonditi” con molti Paesi della regione e anche la Russia è fortemente impegnata sul piano diplomatico, sebbene entrambe le potenze preferiscano mantenere discrezione. La recente proposta del ministro degli Esteri dell’Oman di istituire un quadro regionale per l’uso trasparente dell’energia nucleare rappresenta un’altra iniziativa importante.
Il 23 marzo, parlando con alcuni collaboratori, Helga Zepp-LaRouche ha riassunto l’opportunità che abbiamo di fronte, sottolineando la necessità di un cambiamento totale di direzione, verso una prospettiva di sviluppo reciproco per tutti gli attori di quella vasta regione, che costituirebbe anche la base per garantirne la sicurezza. Questo dovrebbe essere l’approccio al tavolo delle trattative, ha proposto Zepp-LaRouche, e tutte le forze regionali interessate dovrebbero sostenerlo. “Invece di essere guidate da copioni coloniali che risalgono ai tempi del trattato Sykes-Picot e ancora prima, creando uno scontro di civiltà, dovrebbero unirsi e puntare su uno sviluppo pacifico”. E le nazioni occidentali dovrebbero riconoscere che questa scelta politica è anche nel loro stesso interesse.

Sabato 21 marzo, invitato a Milano, in Italia, alla cerimonia di premiazione del Premio Internazionale “Il Genio Universale – Omaggio a Leonardo da Vinci”, tenutasi presso il prestigioso Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci, il pittore, incisore e storico franco-belga Karel Vereycken ha lanciato un appello di 3 minuti per un “Nuovo Rinascimento”. Oltre cento artisti e appassionati d’arte hanno gremito l’auditorium e un rappresentante diplomatico del Messico ha pronunciato uno dei discorsi conclusivi dell’evento.

I finalisti del premio sono stati selezionati per la loro coerenza dai curatori della Fondazione “Effetto Arte” di Palermo. Prima di costituirsi in Fondazione, gli organizzatori avevano creato una galleria d’arte e un gruppo editoriale, curando grandi mostre internazionali ogni due anni in numerose città italiane e straniere.

Riguardo alla loro missione, scrivono: “Crediamo che le nostre esperienze debbano trasformarsi in realtà da ampliare, per contrastare l’appiattimento intellettuale del nostro tempo. Soprattutto in questo momento storico, l’arte ha bisogno di spazi di massima partecipazione affinché anche il grande pubblico possa prendervi parte. Questo è il percorso che ci impegniamo a seguire per i prossimi eventi, per permettere a un numero sempre maggiore di persone di entrare in contatto con la dimensione dell’arte, nel modo più semplice e diretto, come momento di aggregazione sociale con le comunità artistiche.”

Vereycken è stato uno dei tanti premiati. Ringraziando gli organizzatori per il riconoscimento, diversi artisti hanno spiegato perché Leonardo fosse stato per loro una fonte di ispirazione personale e duratura. Un artista ha affermato: “Quando avevo 28 anni, ero in grado di riprodurre a memoria la maggior parte dei dipinti di Leonardo”. Molti si sono commossi e hanno collegato la loro arte non solo a uno scudo per proteggersi dall’ansia, ma anche a un mezzo per cambiare l’attuale situazione di guerra imminente.

Cari organizzatori, cari colleghi, illustri ospiti,
Innanzitutto congratulazioni a tutti voi e soprattutto agli incisori, perché stiamo diventando una rarità. Questa è una mia acquaforte su rame (visibile sullo schermo).

È con grande onore e immenso piacere che partecipo a questo importante evento e accetto questo prestigioso premio. Desidero congratularmi con gli organizzatori per questa iniziativa.
Mai come ora ci fu un momento più opportuno per rendere omaggio al genio rinascimentale Leonardo da Vinci.
Perché oggi, in questi tempi bui di guerra, corruzione e saccheggio, è assolutamente urgente che noi, artisti e amanti dell’arte, torniamo ai più alti standard. Dove si trova il mondo oggi? Siamo entrati nel secolo della falsità assoluta, con notizie false e valute false prodotte da élite false che utilizzano informazioni false, ma che spingono il mondo reale verso guerre reali contro esseri umani reali.

Ancor peggio per il mondo dell’arte, il fatto che uccisioni, omicidi, guerre e persino genocidi vengano promossi su internet come opere estetiche in vendita.
Svegliamoci.
Già nel 1789, mentre le rivoluzioni imperversavano in Europa, il poeta tedesco Friedrich Schiller, in una poesia, sottolineava l’importanza dell’ARTE:
“ Artisti!

“L’onore dell’uomo è affidato alle vostre mani,—
Ivi rimanga ben protetto!
Affonda con voi! Con voi crescerà!

Pertanto, un nuovo Rinascimento non è solo un bel sogno. Bisogna intraprenderlo di nuovo, per riumanizzare l’umanità e ricreare l’empatia necessaria al dialogo e alla comprensione reciproca.
Milano è uno dei luoghi ideali per svolgere un ruolo di primo piano in questo nuovo Rinascimento.

Perché fu qui, nel palazzo di Ludovico Sforza , che una brillante giovane poetessa, Cecilia Gallerani , il cui ritratto conosciamo dall[...]

a “Dama con l’ermellino”, coinvolse Leonardo da Vinci nelle sue discussioni musicali, poetiche e filosofiche, un incontro che segnò in modo inequivocabile l’ascesa di da Vinci a genio indiscusso. Per lui, così come per il pensatore rinascimentale Niccolò Cusano, i cui scritti venivano letti qui, bisogna imparare a leggere il macrocosmo invisibile nel microcosmo.
Il mondo ha bisogno di nuove Cecilia e di nuovi Leonardo.

Mettiamo fine ora al “Secolo della Falsificazione” organizzando insieme, con concorsi artistici di alto livello, un nuovo Rinascimento che onori la bellezza e la dignità interiore. Questa è la sfida che ci attende tutti oggi. Grazie.

Diane Sare: Are you going to a rally this Saturday?

This Saturday there are likely to be a few million Americans in the streets. NoKings.org has called for a day of action. I have not attended their previous rallies because I didn't want to be corralled into a Democratic Party-run Trump-hating protest. Similarly, I don't want to be corralled into a Republican Party or Trump-worshipping action. I'm sick of the partisan divide.

We have a serious situation in which the current President of the United States appears, as did President Biden, to have lost his mind. He has started a war with Iran, which he seems incapable of extricating us from, and the entire Congress has failed to prevent this war from happening.

No Kings has now expanded to include groups like Jewish Voice for Peace and other explicitly anti-genocide organizations. That means it will be more of an anti-war rally, with millions of good, compassionate Americans whom we need to reach.

The people who will be at these rallies need to know that there is leadership with a solution to the nation's problems that will bring people together. Therefore, I am asking you to go to the NoKings rallies and carry signs against war with Iran, signs against the Epstein class, or any other pro-peace message and take the two leaflets below to hand out to people. It also would be excellent if you could take a clipboard and a pen to jot down the name, phone number, and email address of people who are interested in my campaign.
