Hey everyone!
Thank you for attending the sessions for the First Noble Truth: The Noble Truth of Suffering. It was indeed an enlightening Dhamma Class, followed by a passionate debate during the Dhamma Circle! We hope that youβve enjoyed and learnt much from those sessions.
In the weeks to come, we hope to grow this thirst for Dhamma knowledge as well as the budding spiritual friendship as we continue to cultivate together! Look out for our notice regarding the upcoming talks!

Hi Everyone!
This is a notice regarding the recent developments amidst the Novel Coronavirus, especially since the MOH has raised the Disease Outbreak Response System Condition to Orange last Friday.
As per the advisory notice, groups with sizes above 50 will cease activities on school campus, however, as our activities are expected to happen in smaller groups, we will proceed onwards with our activities.
However, please note that if you are feeling unwell, please do not attend the events, instead, visit a doctor!
We will also be collecting your personal particulars, including your name, contact number and your body temperature. This is to facilitate contact tracing, should there be an outbreak happening in school.
Let us work together during this difficult time and learn the Dhamma in peace and safety!

Today's meditation session will be held in USC Conference Room! See you there!
Hey everyone!
This week, we shall continue with the next talk in the 4 Noble Truths Series.
In the previous sessions, we have identified the unsatisfactory nature of life. We have also further understood that though this word is strong, Suffering is truly a part of how we experience life. Weβve also explored that, given that the removal of which, or alleviation of which, is the goal of Buddhism and cultivation.
In this upcoming session, βSamudayaβ, we will further analyse this Suffering or unsatisfactory nature. This is to better understand the cause of Suffering. After all, if there were a cause to Suffering, when it is removed, Suffering will cease.
Finally, do note that with the ongoing novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, we have decided to stop providing dinner at the event. As a result, the session will start from 1830 onwards! Do grab your dinner before joining us for the talk!
We hope to see you tomorrow! Finally, may you all be well, healthy and happy! Strive on!

Hey everyone!!!!
Thank you for your participation in our 4 Noble Truths Series!
The circumstances that bring us pain and suffering, can be changed. The means of changing them can be found in the Path laid forth by the Buddha. As we walk the spiritual path, while facing the demands of daily lives, try to do what we can and to the best of our abilities.
We thank our participants for their support and attendance throughout this series, as we transit to an online platform. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we overcome these adversities together to learn the Dhamma, this is precious indeed.
Finally, we will like to the dedicate the merits that we have gathered through this series to those affected by the Coronavirus. Those who have caught the virus, those who have lost their loved ones and in this difficult time, those who have displayed immense compassion and will, to continue working for the sake of others. May all find peace, happiness and be well.
