Have you ever found yourself saying "This can't be done!" or "There is no way out of this situation!"? If so, you may be experiencing what is known as "Elephant Thinking."
But what is #Elephant #Thinking? When a baby elephant is young, around 1-2 years old, it is often tamed and trained by being tied to a small iron chain. The baby elephant will try to break free from the chain for days, but since it is still small and inexperienced, it eventually comes to the conclusion that it cannot escape. As the elephant grows and becomes stronger, it still believes it is unable to break the chain, even though it is now a 6-ton animal with more than enough strength to do so.
So, how do we overcome Elephant Thinking? Here are a few tips:
#Challenge your own thoughts when faced with a difficult situation and believe that it can be solved.
#Seek out a supportive listener who can ask questions and help you brainstorm potential solutions.
#Engage in group discussions with colleagues, friends, or family members to come up w
