تَظهر مشاهد تُوثّق الهجوم المسلّح الذي نُفّذ باستخدام أسلحة فردية (مسدسات) وأسلحة حربية (بنادق روسية) من قبل مجموعات قُدّمت كـ“مدنيين”، وذلك أمام مرأى عناصر سلطة الإرهاب ودون أي تدخل لوقف الاعتداء و في هذا السياق، تم توثيق أيضاً أن جهاز الأمن العام قام بتسليح المدنيين لتنفيذ الاعتداء ضد المتظاهرين العلويين، مما يعكس مشاركة الأجهزة الأمنية في تأجيج العنف الطائفي واستهداف المدنيين بطريقة ممنهجة.

الهجوم استهدف متظاهرين سلميين من أبناء الطائفة العلوية على دوّار الزراعة في مدينة اللاذقية، خلال انتفاضتهم يوم الثلاثاء 25 تشرين الثاني 2025 للمطالبة بحقوقهم الأساسية، بعدما تعرّضوا لـ إبادات جماعية مروّعة في آذار الماضي، ومجازر متتالية منذ سقوط النظام السابق وحتى اليوم.

كان المتظاهرون يحتجون على واقع الاستباحة المستمر، وعلى حرمان عشرات الآلاف من حقّهم الطبيعي في العيش كمواطنين متساوين، فخرجوا للتعبير السلمي عن الضيم والتمييز والظلم الذي لحق بهم—مطالبين بأبسط حقوق الإنسان:
أن يتظاهر، وأن يطالب بأمانه وكرامته وحقوقه المعيشية والسياسية دون تهديد أو قمع.


⚠️ خلفية مختصرة

منذ سيطرة سلطة الأمر الواقع بقيادة أبو محمد الجولاني (أحمد الشرع)، تم توثّيق سلسلةً من الجرائم والانتهاكات المنهجية ذات الطابع الطائفي ضد أبناء الطائفة العلوية بفعل عناصر سلطة الأمر الواقع و موالينها، شملت:
• القتل الجماعي
• التصفية على الهوية الدينية
• التهجير القسري
• الاعتقالات التعسفية
• استهداف النساء والأطفال وكبار السن
• الاعتداءات المتكررة على مناطقهم وقراهم

وبالنظر إلى طبيعة هذه الجرائم الممنهجة والمتكررة، فإنها تندرج بوضوح ضمن الجرائم ضد الإنسانية وفق القانون الدولي والمعايير العرفية للقانون الدولي الإنساني، خاصةً لكونها تمارس ضمن سياسة عامة تستهدف جماعة دينية محددة بهدف تفكيكها وإقصائها

Footage has emerged documenting an armed attack carried out using personal firearms (handguns) and military weapons (Russian rifles) by groups presented as “civilians,” in full view of de facto authority elements, with no intervention to stop the assault. In this context, it was also documented that the General Security apparatus armed civilians to carry out the attack against Alawite protesters, reflecting the security forces’ direct involvement in inciting sectarian violence and systematically targeting civilians.

The attack targeted peaceful protesters from the Alawite community at Al-Zira’a Roundabout in Latakia during their uprising on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, demanding their basic rights. These protesters had previously been subjected to massive atrocities in March and successive massacres since the fall of the previous regime up to the present day.

The protesters were demanding accountability for ongoing violations and the deprivation of tens of thousands of their natural rights to live as equal citizens, peacefully expressing grievances over oppression, discrimination, and injustice—demanding the most basic human rights:
to protest, and to claim their security, dignity, and economic and political rights without threat or repression.

⚠️ Brief Legal Background

Since the control of the de facto authority led by Abu Muhammad al-Julani (Ahmad al-Shar’a), a series of systematic, sectarian-motivated crimes and violations against members of the Alawite community has been documented by de facto authority elements and their affiliates, including:

• Mass killings
• Targeted executions based on religious identity
• Forced displacement
• Arbitrary arrests
• Targeting of women, children, and the elderly
• Repeated attacks on their neighborhoods and villages

Given the systematic and repeated nature of these crimes, they clearly constitute crimes against humanity under international law and customary international humanitarian law, particularly as they are carried out within a general policy aimed at dismantling and excluding a specific religious group.

Despite the peaceful nature of the movement and the legitimacy of their demands, demonstrators were met with excessive violence by the terrorist de facto authority, using live ammunition, resulting in innocent civilian martyrs and injured people, as documented in the attached videos.


The scenes were harrowing and extremely brutal: blood on the streets and sidewalks, cries of the wounded, and panic among women and children participating in the peaceful demonstrations.

These demonstrations were nothing but a cry for dignity, freedom, and justice, a legitimate expression of human rights guaranteed by international law and conventions.

Suppressing and killing peaceful protesters, or injuring them, constitutes a clear crime against humanity, and this is exactly what the terrorist de facto authority is doing.

📌 ملابسات الحادثة:
• يوسف، البالغ من العمر 33 عامًا، مدنيًا أعزل تمامًا ولم يحمل أي سلاح، وقد وصل من مصر قبل أسبوع لقضاء بعض الوقت مع أهله في اللاذقية.
• أثناء طريقه إلى المنزل، أطلق عناصر ومؤيدو السلطة النار عليه. حاول الهروب، وعندما تراجع لاعتراضه، تمكنوا من الوصول إلى سيارته وأطلقوا النار عليه مباشرة حتى استشهاده.

🟥 Latakia | Documented Targeted Killing – Martyr Youssef Hossam Daoud

Martyr Youssef Hossam Daoud, from the honorable Alawite community and owner of Max Shoes stores, did not die as falsely promoted by the media outlets of the terrorist regime and its propaganda arms, claiming it was a traffic accident on Al-Thawra Highway in Latakia. He was cold-bloodedly executed by members and supporters of the terrorist de facto authority led by #Al-Jolani.

📌 Incident Details:
• Youssef, 33 years old, was a completely unarmed civilian and carried no weapons. He had arrived from Egypt a week earlier to spend time with his family in Latakia.
• On his way home, members and supporters of the de facto authority opened fire on him. He attempted to escape, but when he retreated to avoid them, they reached his car and shot him directly, resulting in his death.
• The perpetrators also fired at the balconies of nearby homes to intimidate residents and terrorize witnesses, attempting to prevent documentation of the crime.

بعد الهجوم الذي شنّه مؤيدو السلطة الإرهابية على الساحل،

🛑 تعرض مصدر رزق العم أبو توفيق للحرق في جبلة، قرب مؤسسة الأسمنت. العم أبو توفيق كان يعتمد على هذا السرفيس الوحيد لإعالة أولاده الثلاثة، والآن أصبح بلا أي مصدر دخل. السرفيس دُمّر بالكامل، وتكلفة إصلاحه عالية جدًا، مما يهدد قدرة الأب على إعالة أسرته مع حلول السنة الجديدة. 💔

🛑 في منطقة الرمل الشمالي، تعرّض “كشك” الشاب علي وسيارته للتكسير، وكان علي يعتمد على هذا الكشك لإعالة أسرته. بعد الحادثة، انقطع مصدر دخله الوحيد.
